1.Don't spend so much time on taking notes 2.Don't multitask 3.Set a study goal 4.Study different subjects in one day 5.Try the latest past papers 6.Set a time limit 7.Mark your papers like you are the examiner
The methods described in this video are completely useful for me, which is more than even all other channels. Thanks for sharing so much! Also, the background music is awesome. I am a Chinese Senior student and I will go to UK for university in 2023. I am currently taking the IGCSE exam (M/J/2021). Unfortunately, my school bans cellphones and laptops (sometimes it allows laptops), so I have to print a large amount of past papers to do them. I actually use Apple Reminders as my to-do list. I also usually set some daily study goals which is checked at the end of each month. I use Quizlet as my flashcards (and paper flashcards) so I can revise knowledge in my free time.
Thank you sooo much for this amazing video. I've always been struggling when it comes to preparing for igcse exams.. and realized that I wasn't doing it the right way. But today onwards I get to work efficiently because of your video. 👍💖
great video always love your videos im in o levels by the way and im having problem with chemistry mostly the topic moles , chemical calculation very appreciated if you can help
Can you please continue doing all the science subjects, all the variants. Especially p4&6 cuz they're coming so soon, and the schedule is not that good as Math and all the science subjects are in a row without an off between them.
hey! how are you supposed to correct answers of physics paper 4, related to explanations? their answers are so restricted and sometimes I'm confused if I should award myself the mark bcuz I have indirectly specified it (I'm talking about B marks) (sry lol offtopic question; got my IGCSEs in a few months and im already panicking cuz I'm left to do so much and my performance is not improving in past papers regardless of how much i study lol)
May i know for eg if the grade threshold for the biology paper minimum is 140 to get an A. So does it means that i if get at least 140 marks or 70%. I considered to have an A or i must get at least 80%?
It means that you need to get at least 140 marks to get an A. There are also minimum threshold for each paper so you need to meet that requirement as well😊
Nope it all depends on the grade threshold and your marks will be converted to percentage according to the grade threshold. So if you get 140 marks, it will be shown as 80% on your statement of result
Yeah but the percentage shown on the statement of result does not reflect how much you have scored in the papers. It's converted according to the threshold. Take note that threshold changes every series so getting 140 this time does not gurantee an A.
Hmm have you studied the theory? You need to understand the concepts first and then move on to past papers and try as many questions as possible. Idk what stage you're at but it's never too late. Maybe you can look for a private tutor or a teacher to help you🙏
I want to practice my Business, Economics and English-Second Language past papers but can't trust myself when checking my answers since these subjects have a strict mark scheme, fear I might give too many points to myself and be overconfident in my actual current abilities lmao what should I do?
