  • This is approximately 12 miles out and back, from the town of Toquerville, Utah. Very beautiful scenery along the way, with an epic set of waterfalls at the end. Dog friendly, and a great place to lay in the sun, and take a swim in the pool at the bottom. There are bugs to deal with, especially biting flies. The road is very rough and you need a 4x4 with high clearence to make it safely to the falls.

    Just food for thought, of all places, Avon sells a product called Skin So Soft. It has a very flowery smell to it and flies HATE it. So you can spray some on your legs and arms to keep from getting bitten. We spray it on the dog’s ears in the summertime and it helps a ton.

    Could a minivan be able to drive through there? And if not would I be able to park somewhere and walk to it?

    • @kevinnieffenegger
      @kevinnieffenegger  18 дней назад +1

      @@giga_chad9 In my opinion, I would never take a minivan up there. If you parked at the bottom, it would be about a 12 mile round trip hike. In this heat it would be dangerous, but again, just my opinion.

      @@kevinnieffenegger awesome thank you man, I’m gonna plan an actual trip for that because me and my brother wants to hit it up because it’s not too far from my place but we knew our minivan would not be able to handle the drive, anyways thank you man 🙏

    Would you know how much clearance is needed or give a rough estimate?

    • @kevinnieffenegger
      @kevinnieffenegger  4 месяца назад

      Others, please chime in, but my truck tires were 30" at the time of this video. This gave me about 8"of clearance.

    Can you jump in the water from above or is it too shallow?

      Hi David. I did see another video where they were jumping in. One of the big guys said he touched the bottom, so use shoes, and caution I would say.

    GREAT VIDEO, CAN I MAKE IT WITH A SMALL PICK UP WITHOUT 4X4?

    Would a dodge ram 1500 be too low for this?

    • @kevinnieffenegger
      @kevinnieffenegger  Год назад

      As long as it hasn't been lowered I would say yes. My Dakota had the standard suspension and made it without issue.

    Me thinking I can go to the falls in my little old Chevy Malibu, thinking there was good roads.
    Looking up the videos and laughing to my self realizing there is no way i can go see these falls 😂😂😂😂
