The Constitution turns responsibility to the states for powers that are not granted to the federal government. So, the state of Colorado can determine what they can determine, like just showing a birth certificate, but not this type of issue. These are federal powers at stake, so It goes back to the federal level. But, isn't the real problem that there are a very large number of members of congress who are insurrectionists and even justices who have been compromised? So, the Constitution is evolutionary, and we have come to the point in our evolution where the schism that is tearing apart the world is tearing apart our country, too. These are the end times. The end of a cycle. We can watch the Constitution stand and go to the next level or our nation becomes a failed state, like the Star Spangled Banner. Our flag was still there. Will the Constitution stand? For it to stand, it must stand on the seven principles of equality, liberty, freedom, compassion, abundance, capacity and tolerance. There must be equality under the law. Is Donald Trump above the law?
So apparently the constitution is only valid if its usful to an ex president. Like the first amendment. Other than that its pick and choose as you so desire .
@Keith-xm9nv the hearing that they had in the supreme Court of Colorado they put their own stay on that decision until the supreme Court decides about it and I think the supreme Court needs to step in cuz this is a federal election but as of right now he is on the ballot
What is going on??? People do not trust our government anymore. They have sold America out from under Americans feet. WE WENT FROM WE THE PEOPLE, TO WE DON'T KNOW YOU ANYMORE! TRUMP like him or not brings this nation together, the once respected legal system is being used as a political playground. With your force feeding us equality what you have done is alienated those that built and paid for America. Your stealing it from us, and freely giving it all away to those that have not contributed not one dime or a days labor to America.
He never was off the ballot, the court stayed the ruling until Jan 5 2024, they must certify the ballot on Jan 5 2024. So he should technically be on the printed ballot.
14th amendment does not state that an individual can not run period.

It was ruled unconstitutional and Colorado put him back on the ballot.
Doesn't matter if he's on or off the ballot. He won't win Colorado or the general 2024 election! He's a total loser!
