I think I remember that place! I definitely remember there being a Chinese restaurant in the old-school Waterside, I ate there at least once or twice with my family.
I used to eat here with my family over 25 years ago, back when I was a little kid--it seemed like a food wonderland to me back then, LOL! First time I'd ever heard of the concept of stir-fry/all you can eat. It was one of my family's favorite places to eat, also back when JANAF was a LOT more thriving, with the old Military Circle Mall alive and well, instead of the husk it later became. I loved that whole area of Norfolk back in the day!

Been over 20 years since I've been there. Are the sesame breads still hollow like pockets? We used to stuff them with the food in the bowl.
