Red was the better team technically but White had better goalkeeping and took their chances. Decent match.
Solid take, unfortunately Reds keeper did them a huge disservice, but they gave up their shape going into the the second half, White knows how to capitalize on opportunities
Finally got around to watching this match and came solidly to this conclusion as well. White got incredibly lucky to steal that one...and somehow magically avoid more yellows or even a red.
Bruh I wanted red to win. Nobody on white could control the ball for five seconds. Red was held back by their keeper

Well red can thank their goalkeeper for giving white the momentum to come back and finish their chances.
Second half once white scored lovely goals mins you red struggled due to white having to many people in front of their goal to hold on.
Definitely an interesting game ref handled it extremely well.
I still love whites goal from the goalkeeper stuff up nicely placed

Keeper to Keeper. All i have to say is hang up the gloves. Poor goalkeeping, Dero deserves a way better goalkeeper who doesn’t hesitate as much and at least has some sort of sense of what he’s doing.

Man I love the team spirit and fun attitude of the fans, here at the games I ref everyone’s quiet unless they’re yelling at me lol.

White team had about 4 chances and scored 3 goals lost count how many chances the red team had. As a goalkeeper the white team's GK was solid good positioning solid hands red team's GK had a bad day at the office but what the hell was he doing to conceed the first goal?? Nothing on short knock it up the pitch and reset he hadn't had anything to do till then. I reckon on another day he'd have a blinder but I think that mistake got in his head and affected his decision making. However that was a free kick not a penalty n out disputing it was a foul but it was just outside the area. Regardless the white team took their chances and in the end of the day they were solid defensively and played as a team good game by both teams
Red team did not create many chances at all. Their possession was sterile. White deserved the win.
@@loukola5353 - bad assessment. Red had easily 3 times more chances than white, possessed the ball well, and deserved the win if it wasn't for their incredibly bad keeper. In open play when the game was 0-0, 1-0, and even 1-1 (after the red keeper practically kicked the ball into his own goal)...white was getting beat thoroughly up and down the field. After they got the undeserved penalty goal to go up 2-1, they got to park the bus, which is the anti-style to the red team.

The red team was a better team on a technical level in almost every position except that of their keeper. I have to believe, having coached for many years and having been in the spot I am envisioning, that the coach was forced to use a back up because of injury, or dare I say it, the dreaded 19. Unfortunately, it sometimes comes down to what team can hold their focus the best, and this time it was the Blue Devils, who what ever else is said, also made it to the finals and then won.
Lol...pulling from "the dreaded 19"... I thought it looked like a field player at first being asked to play keeper, but then his foot skills for basic pass backs and switches were abysmal for the level all of his teammates were at. So yeah, it's probably a reserve from a lower team or possibly younger age group. Find it hard to believe the red team could have made the finals with that keeper.
TFC have a far better side, BUT the goalkeeper is awful with his feet, they can't shoot and their freekicks were absolutely dire.
They have talent though, try to steal the left footer and gk from white shirted team and they'll be amazing.
Yeah but the keeper gotta do better…his decision making is awful. The 3 Goal he decided to come off his line too late, if he had come off earlier he probably could have saved dat goal

Red team was better in every way except the goalkeeper. After his silly mistake you could tell the morale went down which led to the other 2 goals being scored. Unfortunate that he had to throw the game for them.
They were not better in every way. Their defense is atrocious and they are badly coached. They created nothing all game.

What talent? They lost the game. Every player in the red team if they had the ball they would dribble try to take 3-4 guys at the same time! Just pass the ball!
@@Yanjr_11 They have the individual talent as in good touches and the ability to take on players. Them losing the ball is due to bad decision making, which often isn’t brought up when talking about talent

Everyone talks about the goalkeeper, but the defense of the red team is disgusting, they lose all the marks, the lateral defenders do not retreat in time, they made a penalty, the truth is I do not think that any goalkeeper is going to serve you much in those situations lol PS the white team is tactically superior and the reds are technically superior

Number 6 on red played a very composed game in midfield. Beat the first man on the dribble almost every time, won aerial balls constantly, kept possession. Pretty impressive

After watching this channel for awhile, I’ve come to the conclusion that Canadians can’t bring a ball out of the air and settle it even with a gun to their head. They play at half speed, and can’t defend without slide tackling. Tekkers and the ability to shoot are for another comment section 🤣
