- Hi guys...! Here is a tutorial on how to make Sauron's helmet in steel plate. Making this helmet took me 20 days about 8 hours a day.
The thickness of the steel plate is 1mm. and the helmet weighs approximately 4.5 pounds.

I've used a chemical they usually use on guns for a cold bluing process..! Not sure what it's called in your country..! Here, we call it BORO for firearm barrels

hola Alfredo muchas gracias por comentar. el casco tiene una medida aproximada desde la base hasta la punta mas alta de los cuernos unos 58 centimetros
