If I follow your program - how long should I it take? How should I space out the work outs?

Just 4 minutes in and everything is so relatable and makes sense so far. I can already dunk a good distance, from near the circle but I wanted to take it up a notch as in dunk from the free throw line. I thought getting stronger as a whole would help me but I feel like all this unnecessary upper body mass that I have built up over the years is holding me back. And I definitely have been overtraining my legs because I felt like doing more was better. I also have such an itch to do something every day unfortunately. I am inpatient and rest days are boring for me. From stretching every day to the excessive massage gun usage just to warm up and get ready. My legs hurt like hell and feel dead half the time but I thought that was part of the process..."No Pain No Gain" right?? haha. I hope I just hit a gold mine and maybe there is hope for someone like me.

Exactly!!! I hope all the videos click for you and transform your jump to something completely different! Please record and track your changes if you’re gonna do it! So many people forget to record the beginning stages and then regret it later.

Do you think that even tho you built up all the strength and explosive muscles that due to not balancing them with the decelerating muscles the golgi tendon organ made you slower in order to you not to injury yourself?

possibly, exercise selection is really the thing, and then what you are optimizing for. Back then I was purely going for higher and higherr numbers thinking that was the "KEY" to jumping higher but its not. It's helpful but can also be hurtful if you don't know what you're doing.
