Lands are measured here by :
      1 plot: 70 feet X 100 feet, 2 plots: 140 feet X 200 feet, 3 plots,an acre etc .

It is glorious to see our family members return after what has been for some a sojourn in a strange land for generations and over many centuries
We are also saddened, weep and sorry for the misery you were subjected to away from home
It is not a well known fact that there have been other returnees to Ghana (and Nigeria) in the late nineteenth century. Although in our tradition we are discrete when talking of someones background it seems appropriate to mention the Tabom/Tabon people who returned from Brazil. They are a succesful and prominent group integrated in to Ghanaian society.
I think they are sn exsmple and demonstrate Africanisation is something that should be embraced beyond names language, culture food, music one should take on other positive things like how elitism wasnt really a thing in most of our societies but rather meritocracy and an exceptional ability in oration and dialogue. It is also means disabusing your mind and eschewing many western eurocentric concepts too.

Oh dear. Folks please do your due diligence. Not trying to turn anyone off but it's always very important to do your due diligence. Africa has many cultures and traditions, even as an African myself, I would do some thorough research before I moved to another African country. Now coming from a whole different continent? Be cautious especially if your planning a permanent move. Find out if you have residency, is it going to cost you or are you moving as a citizen, if a citizen what does that entail. Otherwise you will be treated as a "visitor" who has to pay for residency etc which will cost you quite a penny. Find out all this before you make any move. Also, people always think of Africa as the poor continent so they think they don't need much money to survive, on the contrary, it can be expensive to settle, buying land, building, all costs a lot of money. And if you want to live in a good neighbourhood well..... yes, it's going to cost you.

The only difference between all these slaveries is the length for example black slavery occured for over 500 years and still ongoing in little pockets, also it was the most widespread where At least 10 European countries participated, and after ending direct slave trade, they continued via apetheid and colonialism...till date ask France.
That said slavery whether for or day for centuries is inhumane. The Berber where in the Northern part of Africa (parts of modern libya, Algeria, Morroco, above the sahara)...they initated slavery across Africa too. Most Sudanese, Congolese and East African slaves were victims of the Berbers...who were a somewhat mix of Arabs and black genes or hybrid. Their success in the slave business is what enticed Portugal and other European countries to r in the business. Meanwhile across the gkobe different indigenes became enslaved in thei own lands up to Souther Asia...Enuf said.

Well come home to our motherland I urged all African diaspora to watch True Locations of the 4 Rivers of Eden. You will be shocked what the white colonialist stole from us. You will know now why there are more whites in Southern Africa than any other region in the Continent.🇳🇦🇳🇦 love from Namibia.

5:72 Certainly disbelieved those who say, "Indeed Allah - He (is) the Messiah, son (of) Maryam." While said the Messiah, "O Children (of) Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates partners with Allah, then surely (has) forbidden Allah for him Paradise and his abode (will be) the Fire. And not for the wrongdoers any helpers.
5:73 Certainly disbelieved those who say, "Indeed Allah (is the) third (of) three." And (there is) no [of] god except (the) God (the) One. And if not they desist from what they are saying surely will afflict those who disbelieved among them, a punishment painful.
5:75 Not (is) the Messiah, son (of) Maryam but a Messenger, certainly had passed from before him the Messengers. And his mother (was) truthful. They both used to eat [the] food. See how We make clear to them the Signs, then see how they are deluded.
5:77 Say, "O People (of) the Book! (Do) not exceed in your religion other than the truth, and (do) not follow (vain) desires (of) a people certainly who went astray from before, and they misled many, and they have strayed from (the) right [the] way.
