eMTB & Gym with an old guy 4K

Wow! A beautiful San Diego October day and an eMTB ride to the gym. Some pull-ups and other exercise and then a downhill ride back to "Wistful Vista's"....come along. Just some whimsical stuff....and REMEMBER; to stay young exercise, get outdoors, and have fun!
