Perfect , worked a treat . My Tom Tom randomly turned off today , when I switched it on it would last around 30seconds then turn off again , it kept doing this for hours , had to resort to using my phone until I got home , your video fixed everything !! Thankyou so much
Do you have any idea what to do with PRO 7350 TRUCK after map update crashed. The device turns on but it say 'no map available' when i tap to add it it says 'not enough disk space' i tried going to recovery mode but it only displays sad sd card icon with xx eyes (doesn't matter if the card is in or not)
Maybe the internal storage is dead then :( When you are in recovery mode and connect it to the PC, does it try to reload the software? In case that doesn't happen, try to format the SD card in another device (to FAT32), insert again and try the recovery again, then restart the device. If no luck, try to give a call to TomTom customer services.

Not even if you press and hold the ON button say for a minute? If you have a memory card in it, remove it. If you don't have and pressing long didn't help, plus nothing happens when you connect to the PC with MyDrive Connect, then most probably it is a goner.

@@OCDaddyZsolt I'm not sure which app should i use, I think MyDriveConnect is not suitable with PRO 7350 Truck.
Not sure about that either. I thought it was, but personally never used a Truck model.
