Still love this series man! I unironicly use a fast mace on horseback in my current campaign 😂👌 It actually is addictive to just ragdoll enemies on a castle wall during a raid.
I love these theatrical episodes, The opening edits are great! This is currently my favourite period drama to catch up on, entertaining, educational and bloody. Netflix should take notes and stop plaguing the world with their rehashed trash.
Thanks for the extremely high praise! Fortunately for those enjoying it, I enjoy it as much or more, so there's more episodes coming as long as our small band can hold this sketchy kingdom together...
Thanks - still enjoying the $(ck out of this series, and hope others are too. And yes indeed, it's rather addictive to have a long, somewhat fast mace on horse. You drop a surprising amount of guys to the turf...
Loving this series. I love how into the battles you get. Like clubbing the lord into the ground after he was already knocked out. Absolute gold. Plus, the master stroke of the tactics and how fluently you can control everything is great. I use lots of tactics as well but I’m not nearly as quick and fluent in the controls. I usually have to sit back more, commander style, and focus on deployment much more than fighting. Unless I overwhelm the enemy in which case I’ll fight more.
I appreciate that bud. It's taken me a long time to learn to command AND fight and I still advocate precisely what you're suggesting, that most people focus on command first, then fight second.
@@HeadlessHorsemanProductions There’s something satisfying about commanding anyhow. Plus, I don’t use the rts mod that switches my character. So when I go down the troops go dumb. So it’s even more important I stay up. I’ve just started a kingdom in the save I’m doing now so wish me luck!!
Great video so far, im trying to have more strategy in my battles and stuff but i swear i just dont understand half the stuff that even goes on haha. Only been playing for a week and a half or so and your videos really help so keep it up. ( my best strategy atm is to charge and maybe add a flank in if i can hahaha)
You need the intermediate tactics series to advance from a newer commander to a badass... Here's the ten video playlist, designed to take you from your early stage to a dominant badass... ruclips.net/video/Ny3xuio1VZQ/видео.html
Yep, and right now it's waaaay to easy to feed and keep an army happy and healthy. There should be MUCH more desertion, even MASS desertions sometimes, disease, famine, etc.
@@HeadlessHorsemanProductions famine, Totes!even officer stats could be so much more in depth, did you ever play nobunagas ambition back in the day? That’s how I’m depth i wish holdings would be at least.
I grieve for Griff, such a great man.
Ya, and we NEED guys like that. Still, he would want us to soldier on, so we do!

It's a lovely mashing no question, knocking them into the dirt, so beautiful!

Another great video, really enjoying this series so far!
Glad to hear it!
A long 2 handed mace on horse back seems effective
Great job with the video

RIP Griff
He's resurrected for the main campaign but yeah he died trying to help these peasants find freedom from tyranny!

When you are making a caravan do go for speed or better troops? 🤔
Been forever since I made caravans regularly but I prefer speed
