In this video we take a look at another fantastic new release from those masters of the historic airfield, Burning Blue Design. After an in depth look around Wickenby Airfield EGNW we take a short helicopter flight in the Airbus H145 to take in the history from the air.

Great vid the airport you mentioned ive been to many times,but only to the massive carboot sales they do or did its been over 30 years since i was there in person

Great video, just wanted to add the the navy rank is accurate as they have a mix of RAF and NAVY etc pilots to gain experience and become part of the squadron.

No consideration for those parked aircraft with your down draft then. Apart from that, a nice video.
Thanks, and I did make reference to my down draft not being particularly professional but perhaps you missed that.
@Dreamsofwings , yes I must of missed your comment, sorry about that. I don't think the sim represents the down draft very well. I used to be a helicopter test flight engineer, now retired, so I know what it's like to be underneath the down draft. Worse on Seakings than a Bell 206 though.
