Debbie I just enjoyed the Balmy and rice and peas from scratch I can tell you a few things about the cassava thing I use to do both the coconut and the cassava on a mill every weekend helping my grandma to make starch and coconut oil to sell a market and in the neighborhood up till now I love to grater my coconut and potatoes for pudding there is a bitter cassava which is poisonous it can make the Balmy good but you have to know the technique to process it thank you for that demonstration for when I'm telling them they think it's a story and I'm not in Jamaica to demonstrate it for them I'm so happy to see you showing us mi luv yuh so till thank you caan too much
