Made these whole wheat fritters last night, and they were soooo good!!!! We try to avoid white flour as much as possible, so happy these were more than tasty!
My dad made it work. He used a whole lot of flour with a little salt fish. But somehow it tasted so good. Now i understand how 😂
He was not generous with salt fish ever! When I looked to see how much you put in I know he would have gasped 😂 I miss his cooking. I miss him.

Depends on what type of coating is used inside the nonstick pan. Always research the material used to coat them.

Your absolutely Rite sometimes you have to had additional salt if the salt has been soaked out of the fish in excess.
Love the idea of whole wheat saltfish fritters but I personally wouldn't add any salt because of my blood pressure. I definitely gonna make this whole wheat fritters. Much more healthier. Thanks for sharing
