Basta che taglia il pungolo della castagna sopra di essa ,senza fare tanta fatica...li mette in una padella aggiuge acqua quanto basta con sale ...le fa bollire dopo alza il coperchio si ritira l'acqua, cuocere a fuoco lento come si arrossiscono le gira e infine e tutto fatto. Le cuocio ai fornelli
