I LOVE chestnuts, but the aggravation and frustration of peeling them when that fuzzy inner skin stuck defeated me so totally that If I had several like that in a row, I'd throw out the whole batch...and ultimately gave up on chestnuts completely. El mejor truco para mi es, cortarlas con el tapón, para que no se mueva, es peligroso, me lo hace mi marido, yo no tengo fuerza en las manos, pero es un peligro, gracias por compartir. Yo las estoy haciendo, lavar, cortar, dejar en remojo con agua caliente y sal, y luego secas, en la Freidora de aire. Salen muy buenas y se pelan muy bien. Saludos desde Sevilla😘😘

i dont know there but here i live they have 7 euros/kilo..nice tips but we prefer to boiling or bake em without cuts..are more tasty.
