Fantasy life, ni no Kuni, Professor layton, dark cloud, white knight chronicle, crimson shroud, inzuma Eleven, weapon Shop de omasse and i think Snack World.
Don't forget Dragon Quest VIII and IX. Their games are always so polished with a lot of personality and new gameplay ideas and yet they don't get the popularity they deserve.
Now that the game went on sale, opened that wallet up lol. While I’m disappointed level -5 didn’t seem to care about physical distribution, I’m surprised Limited Run Games didn’t get their greedy hands into the mix in potential physical distribution dealing with level -5. Anyways, I’m liking the gameplay so far, the gameplay loop is satisfying of course I’m still not far enough into the game, the combat aspect is fast and fluid especially since I’m playing the switch version of the game. I’ve been craving to play a mecha style game on the switch that isn’t a SRPG a la super robot wars. The only other mecha game that went out of bounds from that genre was Daemon x Machina, and while that game was fine enough to fill that specific niche but it definitely fell short in a lot of aspects such as the story. I feel like I’m gonna enjoy my time with megaton musashi wired a lot more.
That’s just left over crap from the previous version. Basically they give all that **** for you for free. The main game/single player part is balanced to not need it. The MP, it’s broken AF. XD
This has been on my radar for years but Granblue Fantasy was really doing it for me at the time. I'm somewhat getting out of the hobby so I didn't think I could do two massive games back to back. I think I'll buy at the first price drop.
@@coopplusone It was just kind of bad timing for me. I had been waiting years on Granblue as well and it dropped first. In a different timeline, I got Megaton Musashi first, haha. Would you recommend any of the DLC? I don't mind spending a little extra on something if I really enjoy it.
@@chadhill9612 This version actually comes with all the dlc originally released in Japan so no need. Im almost at 90 hours and still working my way through all the content.lol
My dude, your doing God's work by advertising this game better then Level 5 themselves can. I swear, I see other "hidden gem" videos and they ALL seem to talk about the same crap that everyone already knows about in some fashion. Keep it up my dude!👍
I'm 30 hours in right now, beat Chapter 22, beyond the anime content. This game just DOESN'T END new big baddies just keep getting introduced does this game even end well? does it even have a conclusive ending? I mean, we still ahve to beat Anti-Spiral, I mean El Zeid and stuff... and there's only 4 chapers left for that...
This tracks. For the last 20+ years I have been saying "Level-5 Makes the best games nobody ever plays"
This is my first level 5 game, I'm curious, what other games have they made?
Fantasy life, ni no Kuni, Professor layton, dark cloud, white knight chronicle, crimson shroud, inzuma Eleven, weapon Shop de omasse and i think Snack World.
ROGUE GALAXY!!!
They also made Danball Senki (aka LBX: Little Battlers eXperience) that Megaton is a successor to in a lot of ways, both being mecha ARPGs
Don't forget Dragon Quest VIII and IX. Their games are always so polished with a lot of personality and new gameplay ideas and yet they don't get the popularity they deserve.
I got this on sale, I was skeptical after the "first battle" but by the end of the first chapter....I got hooked

They did but they have to move publishers because Level-5 is known to create best games nobody plays.
The game felt like an underrated yet enjoyable PS2/Gamecube/PS3/Wii era game and it was amazing.
@@meyers0781 absolutely just plain old fun!
I need help I build combattler V and I upgraded all his super attack but why I cannot use them in the fight?
Make sure every part is combattler V and not a mix with volt V. I had the same issue but my parts were mixmatched.
I saw this on sale and would have purchased it, were it not for the mobile trappings of daily log-ins and battlepass.

Great review. This looks amazing. Reminds me of Gundam Breaker but done by one of my favorite jrpg developers, Level 5.
When the steam summer sale comes around, I'm getting this.
A big update and a 50% drop on the price should be coming soon.
tic tic buddy
My guy, you did me a solid with this one. Getting this game RIGHT NOW.
Here's a sub for your troubles n_n
I bought this yesterday and so far its a blast

robot fans here. Thanks for recommandation, just bought it on steam.
What platform did you play on? Looks like a great pick up and play game so I'm thinking of getting it for the switch
I played this on the PS5. I heard the switch is also good and it runs at a locked 30fps.
I just want to own a physical copy of this. I think they lost money by not making one.
I didn't buy it cuz of the lack of physical release. Theres no pressure for me to buy it right away
and the asking price is too much for a digital copy even 50% off is not enough for me to buy this game..
I really wanted physical but I bought on sale 50percent off
do they talk English? In the game.
@@blaze2293 I’m afraid not. Everything is voiced, and it’s all in Japanese.

Things get juicy🙌🏾
The anime is good. The game is good. All is good. 😊
If i wont play, what iam doing right now 🗿
Voiced in English?
Only subtitles but everything is voiced, even the cats🤣
For god sake so happy it's not Dubbed 😂
Sembra un bel gioco👍😁👍😁
fatboy mechs
what a useless review doesn't even describe how the combat is like
