V ride 2 52 my favorite mower ever owned
My 2017 v ride has been great. As has the other 4 scags that I own.
Thanks scag!! Last week I purchased my v ride 2 61 inch. And so far I love it !!! Makes me feel good and productive $$$
We really appreciate your business and wish you all the best with that V-Ride
ScagPowerEquipment thanks. How much would cost the vacuum and bagging system for the 61 inch ?

Love it
I don't have this mower, but I can tell it's awesome. Another thing that is Ironic 0, it looks like a wright zk just painted orange.
Some similarities maybe but a lot of differences between the two.
Did the 36" vride get the same changes as the vride 2?
When do you think the v ride 2’s will be accessible here in NH
Just when i thought I had all my mowers bought.... next years purchase!
We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business!
When could we see these being imported to Australia? Specifically the 36" models.
That sucks the tiger eye isn’t on the 36 v2... was looking forward to that
Just ordered a 2022, 52”, 37hp EFI. No delivery date. Is there a back log on any parts making this unknown?
Hello I’m from Chicago I been working for the past 15 years in the lawn service how can I get a demo with you guys family members been telling me that Scag is the best cut I have Wright stander so I would love to test on of your machines
I would love to give bad boy a try here in Australia
We'd love to help get you a demo scheduled. Contact us here: www.scag.com/company/contact-us/
Hello Scag, I own 4 v-ride 1s. Love the 48s, but we've had problems with rutting with the 36s. Have you guys made any improvements in that area with the 36s? I'm thinking about upgrading. Thanks
Good Morning Lee, rutting on the SVRII 36" was not something we saw an improvement on between the I and II.
Why is there no center anti scalp wheel on the deck of the 52" tiger cat but , there is on the v-ride 52" ? Thank you for your time.
Hi John, great question! The caster wheels on the Tiger Cat are closer together than that of the V-Ride, resulting in the V-Ride needing the anti-scalp rollers. With the caster wheels being closer, it just doesn't warrant affixing anti-scalp rollers. Hope this helps!
Would y’all consider designing a foot operated deck lift for larger deck models? It’s almost impossible to prevent the machine from scalping using the hand operated deck lift.
No current plans but this is something we can share with our product development team.
Theres no scag dealers in naples florida. Where can i get my hands on one of those? Looking into buying one

I bought the 52 efi yesterday I almost got the 61 but decided that 52 is good start. Getting it in one week. Are u guys planning on a 72 at any point to compete with wright and Ferris ?
Good Morning and thank you for your business, we trust you will enjoy the SVRII. No current plans to add a 72" to the lineup at this time.
Hi, Are you going to put the 28hp vanguard 810cc oil guard dry sump engine on the v ride 2 in the future? I think the oil change interval is 500hrs on that engine. And the vanguard big block is so popular on your turf tiger so I reckon this would be the best stand on if it had this engine as these engines seem to be the best made out there. I also hear that your v+ deck are the best of any deck in the industry even doing well in wet grass after heavy rain? is this the case with ryegrass too (northern grass species)? Thanks
Thank you for the feedback and questions. We do not currently have plans to add this engine option to the V-Ride II. Quality of cut will always depend on the cutting conditions but the V+ has proven to be a top performer in all types of grass.
Can you tell me why stand on mowers move much faster than ride on?
Speed wise the SVRII is not rated as fast as any of our commercial zero turn models minus the Patriot.
Hi, can dual drive wheels be added to this machine, like wright has on their zk 72 mower for steep hillside operation? Say 30 degrees angle? If the deck doesn't overhang enough you could use 2 smaller width wheels. Over here in uk scag swz and set hav option of dual drive wheels I just thought it would be an excellent idea for this machine too. Look forward to hearing scags reply.
The V-Ride II will not accept dual drive tires.
ScagPowerEquipment Hi, what's the steepest slope this machine can mow on?
The V-Ride II is rated at 20 degrees.
How is it on hills and uneven lawns?
Operates great on hills. As always it will depend on the exact cutting conditions but overall we've seen improved results when compared to the original SVR.
I just bought a brand new tiger cat 52..1.6 hours, if it breaks down during the warranty period, can I take it to any dealer? Because the dealer I bought it from is 2 hours away...thanks,
Hi there, it will be best to try to get it back to your original dealer. If you have a dealer closer, we suggest to call them to confirm they will work on your machine. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us: www.scag.com/company/contact-us/
@ScagPowerEquipment thank you, I love scag, I have 2 of them, hopefully I'll never have to use the warranty, my tiger cub has 2,000 hours and runs great still,, thanks for your reply 👍
I love my scag but the deck sucks. It clogs way to much. I also would like the platform to fold up. However, even with all that it does give a fantastic cut and has great traction up hills.
How is it on hills compared to the old vride?
Due to the operator being positioned between the drive tires and the machine having a wider stance you should see improved hillside stability.
Hi. Is the bagging system for the v-ride 2 out for sale ?
Yes! It's the GC-VRII
ScagPowerEquipment Ok. Is it 3 bag system? And how much
@@cjslandscapingllc7694 It is a 2-bag system. Your local Scag dealer will be able to provide a quote
ScagPowerEquipment thank you
What's the cost of the 36" deck model with kawasaki?
Please consult your local Scag Dealer for pricing information
its 8000.tho
Thanks Jose. Is that with the 15hp or 19hp kawasaki?
19hp kawasaki
i looked at it and that was the price and i looked at the wright stander 36 and thats what i got for the same price taxs and the bag made it 8084...
A little late in the season to introduce but ILl buy next season
Only three year warranty on the deck Lol Hustler is lifetime because Hustler is the best
Should you ever have an interest in testing the V-Ride and learning what sets it apart, feel free to drop us a line.
is this not a wright knockoff sure looks like my ZK but it lack speed and power on my 61
The V-Ride II is definitely its own beast.
@@ScagPowerEquipment witeco coil pack where is the wires go for the coil pack
There is no actual mowing happening at any point in this video. It's hilarious.
That's how all mower company videos are. Doesn't make sense here because a Scag isn't gonna mess up and look bad.
