  • What is up lawn care community?!?
    In this video I do a complete walk-through of my new SCAG 48 V ride2. I talk about the updates from 2018 into 2019 and show you my first impressions of this amazing machine! I also talk a little about my accelerator bagger because that thing is a beast. I would have some better content with stripes for you but we are still on lockdown in the state of Michigan and are still non essential business here. Hoping for some change soon so I can bring you guys great stripes!

    I have a scag windstorm and a gravely prostance 60 i was very disappointed at the time i bought them both at the same time that i couldn't get the v ride no one had any in stock i reluctantly went with the prostance cuz that was all that was available, turns out im thankful i hate the stance on the scag just like u said it seems ur knees are absorbing everything u cant just lean all the way 4ward like u can on the gravley and the controls on the scag wear out my hands very quickly hard to squeeze vs the gravley smooth and easy very glad things worked out as they did i get worn out fast running the scag

      Amen! Gravely is a far superior machine in my opinion, I’m trying Ferris this year and they are very similar to SCAG

      @@CraigsCuts I have a v ride 61”coming next Wednesday to demo thurs and Fri,the week after a cub cadet the cub by the sounds of the videos built there machine around the customers with some sort of adjustable shock or spring system. The only reason I’m looking to replace my prostance is it’s the 18hp model really underpowered for a few of the thick lawns I have but after I demo cub,scag and ferris who knows I may just trade it in and get the 25hp efi prostance where I bought it we will see. I need to take some lessons from you on how to get my machines immaculate looking like urs.

    People in Missouri never stop mowing because of the Coronavirus. You people are not supposed to be standing on top of each other when you're mowing anyway. If you're riding together put a mask on. What's so difficult about that.

    Hey! I just got a VRide 32. And I like it alot. I'm planning on selling my Gravely zx48 next year for a VRide 48. Any reason you would steer me away from it? My Gravely 48 also has the FX691. It seems a little underpowered on thick grass. Have you felt that at all on your VRide?

      This thing seems like it has plenty of power. One thing I like about gravely more Is the floating deck and foot pedal. Also you can use gravely as a walk behind for loading and unloading

      @@CraigsCuts I was waiting on the Gravely Prostance 32 but the delivery date kept getting pushed back farther and farther. I went with Scag and super happy with it so far

    How is the Scag V Ride 36''?

    • @CraigsCuts
      @CraigsCuts  4 года назад +1

      Tbh the 36” was not a favorite of mine. The pad was at a weird angle and hurt my knees anytime I hit bumps and it was so fast that it was almost dangerous 😂 the 48” feels much more stable and comfortable

    “Hoping to be deemed essential soon....” One of the saddest comments ever, damn.
    Also with Scag, it is a floating deck. You just pull back on the deck lever to slightly raise and lower the deck when mowing over surfaces that you don’t want to scalp or hit.

    Good on hills?

    • @CraigsCuts
      @CraigsCuts  4 года назад +1

      Haven’t used it enough to honestly say. But, it has wider tires and is heavier than the V1 so I’m assuming it holds hills better. I also hate taking on hills so I stay away from sketchy properties that might be hazardous or dangerous. Im a low risk kinda guy 😂
