I’ve been changing the engine oil on my Vride every 50-60 hours max. For the hydro oil, I’ve gone a few years and over 500 hours.
I like most Ballard stuff but that magnetic light is a great idea but it sucks. Not bright at all. Was terrible. I wish it was brighter cause it was a great idea.
I was mowing and HOA property and I looked down and my mower stops moving and my blade stop spinning both of my belts fell off at the exact same time it was so annoying I just ended up having to replace both of them and that fixed it but make sure that you check your belts.
According to the manual fill 2 1/2 from the neck of the hydraulic oil tank

I have the same mower I have 500 hrs about to change the hydro oil my local scag dealer said it takes 5 qts….you put 2qts in and I said to them 2qts and they laughed at me and made me buy 5qts wtf
Ever experience the hoses going to the wheel motors rubbing the tires? Just blew a hose tonight because of it.

At the 5-minute mark he has both knobs in his hands with the plate that he just took off and when his hands return back to the mower both knobs are gone so he set The knobs down by the plate. I also noticed the chocolate lab that was wandering around carrying a chew toy in his mouth I wonder if the chocolate lab carried one of the knobs off when you guys were changing the oil. 😂
Yup, Chase called me a couple days later and said he found it in the yard! Lol
at 5:42 till 5:45 of the video it actually looks like the dog spits out 1 of the knobs....Just like a true Lab!

Doing engine oil change on a rainy day today here in Pa.
I have the same lawn mower only two years old. Tried turning her over and she won't start now. New battery. New spark plugs new filters oil change new gas. She tries to turn over but just won't. Any ideas???
Hey B&B I’m a mower based out of lees summit, I mow in surrounding cities. I see you’re based out of Kansas City I was wondering if you ever had any clients maybe in greenwood , lees summit that are too far for you that you might not care to give away to someone like me trying to get more customers as my school year ends?
This worst is when you forget to put the new filter on and when you start it the oil just spits out the side.
Blake when he went to take off the cushion there was only 1 on the cushion....left side.... when he took off that cover, at the bottom, there was 2 on the cover. Know Idea why I remember things like that...look at the 4 minute 34 second timeline (I did rewind to find the time). Perhaps it is in the cup holder under the 3 golf balls.

My John Deere Quiktrack uses the same oil for the engine and hydros
We use 10w40 for engine

@@bblawncarekc it's got 2 filters and 2 bleeder valve bolts that you have to loosen. Gotta jack it up and remove the wheels to get access to the valve bolts.The filters have protective covers that you have to unbolt and remove. Some people get fed up and just change the filters and top off the resivours 🤷♂️
That fluid doesn’t look to hot aren’t you supposed to change them sooner?
Yes lol 200 is the break in and every 500 after. Book says 100 on oil but really should be every 50. These guys scare me.
Hey Blake! I was wondering, I noticed you have a bagger bracket on the V2. Are you able to put a chute blocker on that mower with that bracket on there. I want to get some kind of chute blocker but not sure if I can with that bracket on mine.
I have the accelerator bagger bracket on my vride (same one as in this video) and I use a grass flap chute blocker and it works perfectly together.
