You deserve to have millions of followers ❤ The alastin trick is wonderful But I have TNS, and nuceutis serums I believe both have good peptides Can any of these replace alastin before scuptra or only alastin works to clean up old collagen ?
Thanks for this! Really appreciated ❤ I thought it was for getting more of a fuller plumper look, not lines and folds? I want the former. I don’t need the latter. Hmmm
Glad it helped! Sculptra can be used for all of the above, it just depends on dosage and technique. When I have a patient with a thin frame or who has very lean, athletic features (I’m thinking of a marathon runner I’ve treated a few times with great results) we get pretty specific about what aspects of their features they like vs which they don’t love, because yes, if we just “spray and play” high dose Sculptra, all those “lean features” will plump up and give the face an overall fuller, plumper, more rounded look. I tend to be more granular with these patients because they work hard for that lean, athletic look, I don’t want their face to be incongruous with their body and overall appearance. So I would look to target specific areas like temples and the contour below the cheekbone as these can give a healthy fullness and youthfulness without completely counterbalancing their athletic look. So that’s a very long way of saying, if you’re looking for a boost of overall youthful fullness, Sculptra can *absolutely* get you there! Just have a very honest consultation with your injector and they should be able to give you the natural look you’re going for! Hope this helps, lmk if you have other questions! 🖤🖤-MT
@ brilliant. Yeah. It’s that little hollow just below the orbital bone for me. I definitely don’t want to come out of there looking like Madonna. Thanks Mark. I’ll make sure I have a proper chat about expectations 👍💪
I didn’t think Sculptra was something I would need or be willing to try but this sounds great…and gradual!
