I'm getting this bag!
The one I'm getting is purple though!
I agree with you.. this bag lacks the long shoulder strap. I prefer it over backpack straps as well!
Somehow the backpack straps became the norm, though... sigh.
Otherwise this bag is very nice!!! Awesome!
