Fantastic episode! I was hoping you’d get this one. And to get it from the Patek salon was just poetry. The salon do not seem so discriminatory. I would assume because they are owned by Patek and not merely an AD. Again, congrats on this!, and well deserved!
Very true video about waitlists - I had a very similar experience here in the NE USA. My to-be-wife wanted to get me a similar watch for our wedding and had to call ADs from multiple locations. She even tried some London stores. We ultimately found the piece in ATL after 5 months. Great video btw - agreed with other viewers to keep these kind of videos coming. Thanks for the great content.

It's just preposterous. It would literally made me happy to buy 10-15 Oris watches with that money. P.s. technically that bird is a cockatoo 👍🏻
This is a fantastic timepiece. Supremely versatile, handsome and the dual time complication is extremely useful and in my opinion Patek's implementation of it is the best out there. Have fun wearing it!
Your very lucky to have money so you can buy these gorgeous horological masterpieces. But I know you probably weren't born with a silver 🥄 and that you most likely got to where you are through hard work & intelligent decisions with your 💰. Whatever the case I'm glad you have the money to buy these watches and the thoughtfulness to make these amazing videos so us poor folk can see what it's like to live on the other side. i thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing an important experience. The calls were the most original part of the video for me. And the M&S bag...LoL
Nice watch good on you... I simply wear a old 80's Casio. I think it’s the little boy in us all, we are amazed by all the cogs and wheels and mechanisms in a beautiful hand made Swiss watch. Sure a car is the same sort of mechanical idea, but you can’t see the engine running like you can a watch, depending on it’s style, plus you can wear a watch all the time anywhere. I’d love to have a Dark Side Of The Moon, Omega is my favourite brand, but alas I don’t have the money. I have an old Omega solid gold automatic watch passed onto to me from my father, it was his wedding present from my mother, it doesn’t work though and needs really needs an overhaul, I may get it done one day. It’s from the 60’s I think.
How were you able to buy it though, I couldn’t find it anywhere in the video? How did you buy it brand new, I’ve been waiting a while and want to buy it soon?
London Watch Collector’s video is something that brightens my Saturday. Thank you for uploading and sharing the experience with us. Wish you all the best, Greetings.
Damn! Great watch. I always saw the aquanaut as the ugly brother of the nautilus but this one is simply gorgeous! 140£ for the rubber strap is okay, considering I payed the same amount for my Breitling rubber strap. Good to see that Patek is not completely insane with their prices for accessories. (Still a lot of money, though).
Man!! I’ve always hated the aquanaut because of the 5167 and how it looked but the 5164’s pushers and sub dial changed the game for me with the aquanaut! Yeah £140 not too bad!👌🏼
I just purchased a 5726.....something so gorgeous about the aquanaut congratulations.....your right about the feeling being different everytime....you put it on and I think it triggers the reward system in your brain.....congratulations on the purchase ...

the effort that you made to get a timeless masterpiece, hands down!!! the best channel for an in-depth experience with the best watches in the watch industry. and the Patek though, one of the best watches in your entire collection.......seriously man, you're the best and simply love the videos.
amazing video as always. a couple of questions if thats ok? how do they cut the rubber strap? do they do it in front of you just with a pair of scissors or do they have a special machine? also, how did you manage to get one so quickly if theres a massive wait list - or have you been waiting a long time? thanks in advance
best video style ive ever seen on watches. loved the calls, loved the watch shopping and showing us your day. it was seemless and beautiful to watch. thank you!
I also must say that it is very smart to go shopping with a popular watch on your wrist. For example whenever I go to an AD I wear the BLNR instead of the Day-Date so that they see that I am not a flipper or reseller. Since so many people are they usually prefer to sell them to real fans who will actually use them!
Wow! Not your usual vlog style but this was great to watch. Also it’s refreshing to see someone who’s very composed and casual even though he’s probably more wealthy then I am 100x over. Subbed.
Yes the ADs turned him down. But he prayed really hard; and one day he took a dump that was giving him a lot of trouble. But he persevered and out came the watch;-). Just f**king. I’m actually curious how it ended up he got the watch. I’m a long time Rolex collector and he has a great channel!
Great taste and such a fantastic time doing what you enjoy to celebrate an accomplishment! Congratulations! And.... those two pushers, and the buckle, ... perfect!
Lady on phone: “There is a waiting list of 3 years” Other Lady on phone: “We only get 2 a year from Patek “ Quick Maths: So..... 6 watches have been “reserved” “Quite a loooooong waiting list”
The only negative I could possibly add is that your collection tends to only have the best of the best, or what everyone else says is the best. Everything there is something others want and that is great (I want all of them don't get me wrong) but it would be good to see something that's a little more unique and quirky - something that speaks to your personal style and not only wait listed watches. Maybe an A. Lange & Söhne or Breguet. Doesn;t even have to be something that expensive, even a Nomos, Junghans, or Sinn.
Sooooo did you just call the salon and they had one? Or what happened? Was it because you had a purchase history there? I’m so confused how everybody told you no then you call the actual Patek store and they had one? That doesn’t add up.
"Have you purchased from us in the past?"

Very persistent in your efforts to obtain the watch, I absolutely love the watch ,congrats on your purchase and what an amazing day out you had.
the effort that you made to get a timeless masterpiece, hands down!!! the best channel for an in-depth experience with the best watches in the watch industry. and the Patek though, one of the best watches in your entire collection.......seriously man, you're the best and simply love the videos.
Appreciate it buddy! Thanks 👍🏼 glad your enjoying the channel!!
amazing video as always. a couple of questions if thats ok?
how do they cut the rubber strap? do they do it in front of you just with a pair of scissors or do they have a special machine? also, how did you manage to get one so quickly if theres a massive wait list - or have you been waiting a long time? thanks in advance
best video style ive ever seen on watches. loved the calls, loved the watch shopping and showing us your day. it was seemless and beautiful to watch. thank you!
Absolutely spectacular watch. Congrats!
I also must say that it is very smart to go shopping with a popular watch on your wrist. For example whenever I go to an AD I wear the BLNR instead of the Day-Date so that they see that I am not a flipper or reseller. Since so many people are they usually prefer to sell them to real fans who will actually use them!
Great video. Lovely watch...a true classic. Love the music at 17:05...could you share what it is?
I love your reviews...I’ve been subbed for a while now, but this vid is probably my favourite. Congrats on a great watch.
Congrats on yet another amazing piece!
Very impressed by the premium Marks & Spencers back beautiful watch too!
Amazing! So pleased for you. Did London just happen to have one in stock?
Wow! Not your usual vlog style but this was great to watch. Also it’s refreshing to see someone who’s very composed and casual even though he’s probably more wealthy then I am 100x over. Subbed.
You have great taste in watches! Enjoy this beauty!
I'm so happy you went with this one (don't want to spoil it for anyone who's looking at the comments first), great choice!
😍😍👍🏼👍🏼
Wait... so how did you get the watch ? Didn’t every retailer turn you down ?
Yes the ADs turned him down. But he prayed really hard; and one day he took a dump that was giving him a lot of trouble. But he persevered and out came the watch;-). Just f**king. I’m actually curious how it ended up he got the watch. I’m a long time Rolex collector and he has a great channel!
Obviously he has a connection with the salon in London.
What a masterpiece !!!👌
Great taste and such a fantastic time doing what you enjoy to celebrate an accomplishment! Congratulations! And.... those two pushers, and the buckle, ... perfect!
You're the best watch reviewer on RUclips. I look forward to your videos.
I see what you did there with the title haha! Lil uzi 🙌🙌
It doesnt have anything to do with uzi
He changed the title
@@luisvasquez4868 cuz he don't want yall mistaking this shit for some garbage ass uzi
hats off to you for calling all of those ad without getting a tinch mad ❤
Great watch. Wear it in good health.
Posted on my birthday and what a present! Much love to this channel - it gives me the inspiration to work hard for the future
that deployant clasp tho'......... whoooooo momma!!! dam thats sweet!
I love hiw this story weaves ad gives the real experience
Lady on phone: “There is a waiting list of 3 years”
Other Lady on phone: “We only get 2 a year from Patek “
Quick Maths: So..... 6 watches have been “reserved”
“Quite a loooooong waiting list”
One day I’ll have that watch. Speaking it into existence
We are waiting for the Richard Mille watch unboxing.
Herman Chester That would be interesting.
Herman Chester judging from his collection, pretty sure the RM is too vulgar for his taste.
Ew, no.
Eugene Ng Exactly what I thought
Ew
You have a truly fantastic collection, thank you for sharing it. The latest addition is a beauty!
It boggles my mind that someone paid 15.7 million for Paul Newman's Daytone Rolex
Great watch for when you live/work in London and live/work in another country in Europe with the 1 hour difference.
You should do more stuff like this! I love seeing these watches in the wild
Badass watch 🔥
Fantastic stuff!! Wear it in good health!
Beautiful watch.
Sooooo did you just call the salon and they had one? Or what happened? Was it because you had a purchase history there? I’m so confused how everybody told you no then you call the actual Patek store and they had one? That doesn’t add up.
Devin Hewitt all the ad prior were booked up and pretty much only giving allocations to preferred customers.
Brandton Webb ok so how was one at the actual Patek salon? Was a call made and there just happened to be one there? That’s what I don’t get
Patek actions not making any sense? No? You don't say? They are almost as sane as Rolex.
What a beautiful watch looks very sporty and chic 😎🤩
Sweet video, great watch. Thanks for sharing the experience.
Wow, what a fabulous day. You sir, are a lucky man! Congrats on the new piece
Really nice video. Beautiful watch. Enjoy it man!

That Brown watch dial is magnificent.
