I see this guy once in a blue moon roaming downtown and talking smack to strangers. He's been reported on Livermore Rants and Raves for threatening behavior. He will cross the wrong one soon enough.
He’s usually around Stockman’s park screaming about the FBI and CIA. One night he tried to break into my truck, failed, and then threw a large stone at it, which bounced off of the hood and onto the windshield, breaking it. He’s vandalized my truck multiple times over the last couple of years. The morning after that, I happened to be on First Street, and I saw him throwing outdoor chairs from restaurants at tables and windows. Many times when he sees me, he gets on his knees, puts his hands on his head and yells “DO IT!” I haven’t seen him in about a year. But I also try to avoid downtown on weekends because of him.
