- Just a few hours north of Fox Raceway, is Hangtown MX- Home for Round 2 of the 2023 Pro Motocross season! The gates were dropped and Haiden Deegan charged through the hard-packed motos. Haiden managed to check off a goal of his already this season by winning a Moto, which gave him an excellent confidence boost going into the next round. I’ve watched Haiden since 65cc racing and all the training and all the different coaches haiden has had. I wonder if his old coach Caleb ever watches Haiden race now and is proud? Seeing the General38 tear-up watching Haiden win was priceless! Let's Go Haiden! 🏁
I wouldn’t say Caleb was his main coach on minis, I forget what the guys name is but there was another coach he was working with at the same time with Caleb that wasn’t in a lot of videos. But overall Brian’s philosophy was to not work with one coach too much, which I think you alluded to.

He's really seeing his son become a legend like he is and his own legend at that. Its all coming full circle, and he can see its only the beginning of something truly amazing. Haiden has already changed the sport right in front of us for the better and has the opportunity to blow it out of the water. 2nd generation legends at least at this caliber dont come around too often.

I lost my dad not long ago. We were a huge racing family. He loved it as much as I did. I cried for the first time since losing my dad watching this. I hope you guys enjoy this for all it’s worth, and don’t take a second of it for granted. I’ve watched you and Dax since you were on 65s, and I’m like a proud big brother. This has been an incredible ride, thanks for letting us tag along.

Brian has had so many bad crashes and heart breaks but the thing that makes him emotional is watching his son being successful. That is what a man is. I love it when James Stewart says it and it's so bad ass Haiden has "I'm feeling dangerous" on his helmet. He truly is going to be the next Carmichael or Stewart. I watched Haiden race in Nashville, it was pretty amazing and was super bummed he didn't get a better position, but I have a very strong feeling he will do much much better this outdoor season let alone kill it the next Supercross season

Dude, I am so happy to see this kid and his success. To see Brian ‘s emotion says it all. I am so happy for that whole family. People can hate all they want but at the end of the day you cannot buy the talent and skill that this kid has he simply works his ass off and the results speak for themselves. Watch Haiden since 2019/2020, this is nothing new! I fully expected Haiden to be a contender! Just didn’t think it would happen this soon. God bless you and your family. Being Australian we are obviously Lawrence brother fans but we have followed Haiden for years. Everyone has know him for so long I think we forget he is still just a kid. Can’t wait to see how he develops over the rest of the outdoors events.

Honestly did not even expect Haiden to get top 5 this year with how stacked the class is, so sick to see how good he's doing in his rookie year 💪💪
I figured he was a 4th-8th place guy, and could sneak out a podium here or there. Turns out he's probably a 1-4 guy and will probably podium half or more races.
Even if he does fall back a little, top 8 as a 17 year old rookie in this field is plenty good

Haiden is a great rider but trust me he will not beat Hunter and definitely not Jett straight up. And I don’t even like the Lawrence’s.
