I wish I had been taught by a music teacher like you when I was young. I’ve played guitar since 6 years old, but never learned to read or write music. Now 64 years old, and I’ve watched your channel for about a year and have learned a lot of basic things and a bit of theory. Thanks for taking the time to give music lessons on RUclips. If only I could dedicate more time to watch RUclips…😮
please keep doing this ear training series! it’s seriously so helpful, i can just listen and practice while at work or whatever. can’t wait to get into the more challenging stuff
I think it’s official Gracie, You are the best music teacher in the world. You make things so simple.
Thanks Gracie! Awesome lesson. Best and prettiest music theory teacher ever!
I love being able to practice my ear training while I work on other things. Thanks a lot and great video!
Grateful for you, Gracie. Thank you for your helpful music lessons. ❤
Great video as allways, I can now play chords and know which is major and which augmented, even listening to songs on the radio is do much fun.
Amazing as usual, love all the informational graphics!
Not too late. The chords haven’t aged just myself. You are so onto it. You have the vibe🎶
You teach superbly, very nice examples
Thanks Gracie, it was great fun to try this exercise, I did pretty good :)
Wow---I have never tried this before--Thank you
Gracie is back!!!
A very useful video - I’ll need to play some augmented chords to get my ears better trained.
looking forward for more!
I appreciate the lessons.
OMG I've learned so much from lOVE your content and you are the best! Have a great weekend! Jason from Salt lake city ut!
This is a good concept to refresh your knowledge. Thank you.
WOW THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
It's something I wish for often. I like Ballads the bring in Augmentation. Because brightness within the song's structure is more upbeat in what would be a boring story, like same old, same old. Thus my compositions sometimes use Augmentation.
Hey Gracie, great lesson and I got them all correct 😮 amazing 🤩 so well presented as always and love the eye makeup 💄 ❤ much love Gary x
Thank you! 😃
Gracie I can’t thank you enough for your theory videos
Despite books and courses it wasn’t sinking in then you made it click
So pleased because nos I can find arpeggios ( slowly just now 😁😁) I’m

Thank you so much Paul!!! Keep up the good work finding arpeggios :) So happy to hear my videos have helped you.

Major August and his wife Ionian b6 vs argued chords
Hey! Just watched. Great, as always. Didn't do so well, to be expeected though. Was thinking one thing you may want to do in the future is to name the chords you played once you reveal what they are. Someone may like the sound of the chord and want to use it. But that's just a thought. Second, Clarence Thomas is right. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. And third, a bit of boasting. I posted Celtic Fugue on my channel less than 3 weeks ago and it hit 500 views today. Hope you and yours are having/had a wonderful day/night. Okay? Cool.
Also, with the graphics, you missed a great opportunity to simply put, "Don't fret..."
yum
Did you trick us in the last part by saying they'd be in any and all voicings then play them all in root position? ;)
