Hi, i got 19V after the two power mosfets and current sense resistor so BQ, SIO ON and good? I get NO 3.3 or 5V anywhere on the board including at the power switch pins are all zero. All M/B lights are OFF. Does this mean the TPS51124 Chip has to be bad? Its a old HP Presario C700
