    I purchased a used 35-100mm f4-5.6 last month because of your influence. I am very happy with it. Compact but fine results.

    My all-time favorite is the Panasonic 35-100mm f2.8 MK.II. SOOO happy I bought this one, totally worth the price! I'd say about 90% of my pictures are shot with it. Never understood the current wide angle...... may I say craze. Especially since FF and APS-C put out better results here due to the bigger sensors. Bigger focal lengths & telephoto lenses suit the MFT system way more. For the rest I have the Pana 30mm f2.8 Macro & the Pana 15mm f1.7.

      I have the older 35-100mm f2.8, it is also fantastic, I love it too! I don't use it as much because I prefer the smaller f4-5.6 for travel, but when I get the chance to use the 2.8 lens, it was just fantastic!

    DJI 15mm f1.7 is my most used lens, the Leica is just out of my budget

      @@Gary_W is it not the same as the Panasonic?

    • @Gary_W
      @Gary_W  Год назад +3

      @@funkmon it's different, Panasonic Leica 15mm is the OG, then DJI came out with a similar 15mm f1.7 mainly for drones but can be used with regular cameras too

    Olympus 12-40. But only because it goes wider than my much loved Lumix 14-140.

      I am thinking about getting the Oly 12-40 as well, my 12-35 started to show some signs of trouble.

    Hey Gary, if you could keep only one body, which would it be?

    • @Gary_W
      @Gary_W  Год назад +2

      Tough question 😂 but I think it will be my Lumix G85 since I can use it to capture better audio using external mic, and also because of the flip screen. The GX85 doesn't accept external mic, and the GX8 lacks video IBIS, so G85 is my desert island camera 😁

      @@Gary_W If audio wouldnt be so important, would it be the GX85?

    • @Gary_W
      @Gary_W  Год назад +1

      @@bastian.michel you're very welcome. I would still go to the G85 for my only camera, even if I don't record video, simply because of the ergonomics, abundance of function buttons, and the flip-able screen. On my recent vlog photographing waterfall, the G85 flip screen helped me making vertical composition pictures easier. 😁
