Thank you for this video. I found it to be quite informative since I was just diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease & left wandering on my own. I've been looking & reading as much viable information as I can get from reliable sources such as the Mayo Clinic.

I removed all sugar starches and grains and followed Nephrologist Jason Fung MD in 6 months I was out of stage 4 and into stage 2 with an eGFR of 68.86. I get monthly basic metabolic panels and am no longer pre-diabetic Best of all I am out of danger for dialysis. Jason Fung MD has a RUclips channel and my physician recommended I watch his videos.

Try eating fiber supplements like acaia fiber and drink lemon water.
