- The very haunted Aradale Lunatic Asylum, or 'Madman's Hill' as it was once nicknamed, was opened in 1867 and shut in 1993. Many controversial medical treatments were trialled, and over 13,000 people died. Do their ghosts/spirits remain?
We are not presenting this as proof that ghosts exist; how do you prove that? We are only sharing some curious moments during this investigation with any of our followers who may be interested. We will leave it up to you to make of it what you will.

When Alison was saying it's almost as if the spirits know when a tour is coming, this is absolutely true. Di has mentioned to me that whenever they do paranormal investigations and they linger in one area longer than they are meant to, the ghosts will actually start hinting that they should get a move on. Di has also told me that they are very aware of the time and schedules of the tours.
It is so funny how even now they are strict about routines and want us all to stick to the schedules. It was such a great place. Thank you for watching xx

Hi gals loved every minute of it even though it was a quiet night. Alison what happened at 7.23 that made you feel pain you never said what it was? This place is without doubt one of the spookiest places I've seen on a paranormal channel. You girls have been knocking it out of the park lately with these amazing locations. Even the ones you share with Any's Crypt you find things that they don't and visa versa making the locations well explored and covered. It is a very special place. I think I flinched because I had a sudden sharp pain in my ear and temple briefly. It is always lovely working with Amy and Jarrad. They were onsite at the time with PQ but limited time and we all had to film, so no collab time on these ones. Glad you enjoyed ❤️

It answered the question of being cynical but still curious. I sit in the same place. When something happens, unexpected - I can hold opposing thoughts. It is healthy too, in my experience.

Such an amazing place to investigate back in May when we did the 6 hour investigation but also a very sad place. Will never forget the shadow I saw in the corner of my eye in the back rooms and communicating with someone.
As soon as I heard Alison say c**t I reminded me when I did that experiment with the headphones at the National Railway Museum at Port Adelaide last month 😂
Some of those ghosts need a mouth rinse lol. I do love when it swears though as less chance for that word to be coming out of a regular radio station. So pleased you enjoyed x

I have visited this location 3 times and each visit didn't disappoint. 😮
It is such an awesome location, just did a solo there before Christmas which was fun.

Great video/investigaton, just watched part one again and this part two of course, as Alison just did a solo there and reminded us of these two videos ( it was shown March 2024).

The Photo looks like a real person, t-shirt and a jacket tied around their waste. probably more scary than it being a ghost though..

@29:54 while you were talking Allison....i heard a male spirit say the word "Vitiligo" and i instantly thought of the "burned" male in the picture and how his arms were described....well now it makes perfect sense because i know what the word means.
Vitiligo is a disease that causes the loss of skin color in blotches.
And i have a brother who has it which is why the word stood out to me. So it makes sense that possibly the blotches seen on the arms of the man in the picture are from that skin disease instead of burns.
Also i have an incurable skin disease as well called Psoriasis...
And well frankly people stare and call us names
(my brother and i) ....and i can see people with skin diseases ending up in places like that....outcast...family ashamed of them and to be seen with them. And both diseases only until recent past years .....not much was known about them except that they are genetic and incurable. So i imagine back in the day you were locked away in places like the asylum. Fortunately our family loves us both and we are loved unconditionally .....it was a rough go in school especially and people still stare but we're use to it but i could not imagine being locked away in an asylum because of it but people have been locked away for a lot less reason.
But i wanted to share this about the spirit saying that and i wondered if it was the guy
himself tellng you and explaining what is seen on his arms.

Thank you. Interesting as possibly they would be seen as very different. I used to have chronic excema when I was a child, which is why my hands today look so old because of the steroid creams. My finger joints were split open from it, and had to wear socks on my hands at night to stop me from scratching. Fortunately I don't have that today. But it would have been seen back then no doubt, as very strange and hard work to look after. Interesting thought, thank you xx
I’ve been on a night tour at aradale, I really wanted you to go into men’s infirmity room with twin rooms off it because I felt nausea in there, was fine as soon as I stepped out into hallway
We were in the mens infirmary, and it had the two rooms? Was there another on in that building? If so maybe we can do it when we go back. The place is so huge, it would take months to cover it all, so hopefully we do get back there this year 😊
That was right room. Also had my hair flicked & smelt blood in morgue. Thanks for a great episode ladies
Just Before Ryan appeared, it sounded as if a male voice said “ahh more volunteers”.
Which when said in a lunatic asylum where most procedures to ‘cure’ were more experimental than anything…very unsettling.
You never know what Drs may have taken liberties on those unsuspecting folk.
I am sure there would have been many new therapies practiced there. Thank you
