I do not have a video where I made the chips, but it's a good idea, I might make one in the future about it. But in short I cut and deep fry corn tortillas.

Hi!😊Justina; would you mind sending the recipe for the Streusel cake *?thank you Justina
Cake
2¼ cup flour
1½ tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
¾ Cup shortening or oil
¾ cup milk
2 Eggs
1½ tsp vanilla
Streusel filling
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening or oil till crumbley. Beat egg with milk and vanilla. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Pour ⅓ of the batter into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel filling. Pour half of the remaining filling, top with remaining streusel. Pour remaining batter. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F (I baked if for about 40 minutes)

So sorry to hear about your son.
My son had a condition called craniosynostosis, where this bones in his Scalp had fused before birth. That restricted his head growth, so he had surgery when he was about 3 months old. The helmet helps to correct the shape of his head.
