lavalarva here. Level 8 is a fairly easy dungeon, at least if you do the dungeons in order. The Magical Key means most rooms are pointless because they only drop keys, and the hardest enemy encountered is probably the Darknut, which isn't much of a threat with only 6 at most in a room.
You may want to aim better than me though.
