im still using the DELL's CRT monitor which i bought 19 years ago. and i love it.

@@internetexplorer6824 yeah id rather enjoy actual bright hdr and explosions not some deep blacks,the blacks on this neo tv are 95% oled.and all of them have the same refresh rate but samsung has even lower input lag.

some of these higher end tvs should have the led lights on the back to have a more immursive tv experience. Esp for the price of some of these tvs. I have a 82" qled and 65" qled wiht the govee lights on the back. Makes tv watching and game playing just that more amazing. Should start coming standard on tvs

Pretty ad aside, the step-down 4K model (QN90A) is where it's at & can sustain much higher full-field brightness. In an 8K LED-LCD screen, the backlight has to constantly fight a much denser pixel structure (light has a harder time getting through). This 8K TV (QN900A) is far to thin to accommodate a decent heatsink, so it can't sustain a high full-field brightness. If you want that sweet bright HDR scene impact, I would avoid the 8K model and go for the QN90A.

So, how much will be the maintenance cost is? How fragile is it as a whole and at the edge of the screen? If the price of maintenance is higher than cost per sold product, it's ok.. I'll stick to the cheaper alternative where I can just dump and buy a new one yet I won't feel much sad about it..

That is pretty cool but I don't think I can found enough 8K material to watch on such a next-gen TV if I can afford it. By the time when there will be enough 8K material for it, there will be 16K or 32K TVs being promoted.
