I attended her concert in Durham, NH in December of 1996 and after the concert I was sitting on the hood of my car in a sleeping bag waiting for traffic to clear so I could head the 35 minutes home. I was parked on near the exit of the venue and when a black car came out it slowed and stopped. The window rolled down and Jewel leaned out to ask if everything was okay and if I had housing that night. I said yes, I was just waiting to head home after and was writing. She seemed so relieved to hear I had somewhere to go and I was absolutely touched she cared enough to ask. Truly a special person who has remained as real as us fans knew she was then.
What a beautiful story you shared! These types of stories help to verify, and affirm, who people really are behind 'the scenes.' Thanks for taking the time to do this. I'm 20 years older than Jewel, but I liked her music from the beginning, and I was REALLY impressed and touched by her, when first hearing her in an interview more than 25 years ago. She had such wisdom for her young age. It's wonderful to see how she has deepened into her authenticity, and wisdom, over all these years -- and despite the lures of the hugely materialistic entertainment industry she has been navigating. Jewel has a staggering level of emotional intelligence and self awareness. The beauty is her demonstration that its available to everyone willing to do the work.
"I became homeless because I wouldn't have sex with my boss..." So many girls in the poverty spectrum experience this. Thank you for the validation. Ladies...if you're reading this, what society deems as "success" might look differently for you. It may take longer. You may have to take a different path. Don't give up. Totally agree with & couldn’t have said it better about society deeming very specific things as “success”. I remember in one of my college classes we were learning how to dress for interviews, how to write resumes, etc. and they showed photos of two men - one probably early-mid 50s, long gray hair but balding in the front/top area, very thin, long beard, holes in clothes, he looked quite dirty, etc…and the other man was well dressed in a neatly pressed suit & tie, shiny nice leather shoes, hair cut shrort but long enough for him to comb & gel it to the side in a way that he looked very put together, had a briefcase in his hand and everything. So she asks the class ,solely by appearance, which of these men would you assume to be most successful? And I immediately challenged her. Saying it’s impossible to know because success can be very different for different people, I used the example of success for one man may consist of becoming a millionaire, whereas success for the other may be finding true happiness within; waking up every morning feeling good & going to sleep each night with that same feeling of satisfaction & success….or vice versa! You really never know & shouldn’t ever judge someone based on their appearance that day in that moment.
I look back on all the tragedies I’ve gone through all the years of recovering from each and every one and today in my 50’s, I stand alone in my strength in my sovereignty and in my wholeness and I see every one of those events each as a badge of honor. Jewel was and always have been a great help to so many people, whether it is her sincerity in her music or later in life her mindfulness work.... I saw her before she was famous at Java Joe's, which was before the Interchange cafe she credits often for getting her known. Her music helped me through my best friend's death in the same time period she was getting big and figuring out her own life. I will always be a fan of hers, An Every Day Angel, EDA, fully grateful of Jewel being Jewel. Jewel was better for me than therapy, therefore, she was my therapy! I've always had suicidal ideations, but never suicidal tendencies!
Loved this interview! I bought 2 of her millions of albums sold and now will relisten with this new insight. So relatable and inspirational. Thank you Jewel, Mayim and Jonathon!❤❤❤
When Jewel told Mayim “you’re doing this as an active service,” I loved that. I have gotten so much out of all of these breakdowns. Thank you so much for creating this space!
I relate to her so much. One of the big game changers for me was when I released my attachment to suffering. It was like I had to hang on to my suffering so the world around could see that I was injured by neglect and abuse. It doesn't mean that you don't feel suffering, it just means you don't hold on to it.
Thats HUGE. I'll keep the story to myself but your comment is an answered prayer..it really helped me to know how to effectively & lovingly convey a few things to my young relative who really seems to be hanging on to pain for dear life, and make sure everyone knows & no one forgets...espcly herself! Thank you very VERY much. Ive bn praying for a way for appx a yr now.
@@anabaird3835 Thanks. I hope your young relative finds their path to healing. When I released my attachment to suffering I was able to begin the healing journey. Until then I was just re-traumatizing myself by hanging on to the pain others had caused.
What an incredibly powerful interview! I'm so grateful for the wisdom Jewel shared and so grateful for this podcast! Just WOW! Such empowerment! Thank you so much for what you're doing, Mayim! I listen at 5am on my walks and my heart is hugged and my mind is blown!
Despite what dysfunction she had in her family, immediate and generationally, she at her core ,came from strong stock. I read her biography, and her paternal grandparents were very, very strong people , both mentally and physically.
I love that Jewel came from a homesteading background... amongst that community, there's a large emphasis on the idea that the most capable hands in the world are at the end of your own wrists. So it's incredible, how she managed to essentially heal herself- but it speaks to that background of self-reliance & personal freedom, which I LOVE. Great episode! ❤
I've loved Jewel's albums since I found her as a teen. I found them wholesome and relatable. Everyone around me made fun of me for listening to her music but I found peace in doing so. Listening to her story and where her songs come from helps me realize why I found her music so healing. It's because it's raw and real. It's not full of degrading lyrics or singing something just because it'll make money. I wish more people were authentically themselves and that I could connect with others who are like you, Mayim, and Jewel. Despite the less than glamorous experiences you've had in your lives you have found the strength to keep fighting. On days when I'm struggling this podcast helps give me new tools and faith that if I keep trying I can make peace with my past and live a happier future.
What an episode! I have now a knot in my throat, bitter and sad tears threatening to fall along with in imense joy exploding. That’s what this podcast, its guest and authors do to me. As a mom and grandmom, it’s difficult to me to deal about how abandoned, hurt, left for her own and lovesick this teenage Jewel must have felt. I want to hug and confort this kid on that Christmas Day she explained. But I’m absolutely admiring how she uplifted by herself from this deep pain. Admiring that brave kid and extraordinary human being that was so strong to selfparent herself and do her selftheraphy alone at that early age. And finally admiring how she grew so phenomenally brilliant from there! She’s makes the saying true: “Art comes from the deepest pain”. Dr Gabor Maté’s episode resonates so much in today’s one..
Thank you so much for this episode. Jewel knew at 16 what I am trying to figure out as almost 60. Generational trauma sucks and trying to break the cycle is tough.
Tough is an understatement. This is something many of us are trying to work through - sending you strength on your own journey, Sylvia. You are doing awesome work!!! 🧠🫶
I love what Jewel had to say about valuing her anxiety and also not approaching her healing with the mindset of being broken and in need of fixing. Great interview! Thanks MBB team :)
@@MayimBialik i knew a litle of her background n story outside of music but not much n i noticed i felt tears were coming b4 she even came on the screen , from me im also musical and into the idea of working in the biz n having mh struggles im also an old soul trying to catch up and get past my youth ,would be a good way to put it , ps ,mayim great name love u from bbt though ive sstopped watching 1 because i think ive seen most of the episodes and i agree that it was contreversial like betty white to be making ligh of self harm as the show did, but it was cool to see u talk to 1 of the writers , anyway i would love us to discover eachother n be on eachothers podcasts, i notied singing bowl in ur videos , we sell them and are canadian i think not only john but jewel also is also and my spouse is esp quite sceincy . also just realized she looks like meryl streep and maybe jk rowling , even in the face
also it though it dint put ur name nt hats ok but i thought it would when i put reply but interstingly whe nshe said being a parent makes u be the best versoin of yourself not with my mom or not currernlty however it seems to be within me :) weather thats psirit led aside from self i dunno but ya
My goodness, she is so articulate & self-aware! Wondered how she came to appear on Mayim's blog ... plugging a new song or tour didn't seem to be the "fit" this show tends to seek. I sure get it now!! And I'm super impressed with her strength & resilience.
I work in education and I've heard Jewel speak before (through zoom) as a participant in a mindfulness program. I love that she recognizes the value of mindfulness but is clear on it being a step of the path that still requires emotional work. This definitely has me listening to her music again.... she really is such a jewel!!
Jewel's current album "Free wheel'n woman" is great. Lots of upbeat positive songs. Saw her live this past summer with Train, her and her band rocked! 🙂
I am so inspired by Jewel! She’s amazingly talented but not just musically, but in her ability to realistically see herself, put her behaviors in context and then make a plan to discover what can she do differently to change. At any age, her formula can work! My respect for her as a real, authentic person is OFF THE CHARTS! 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️🙏✨
This was a very good interview, because you allowed her to express herself so well. Everything she talked about was very interesting. She's definitely very creative and wise.
I really liked this episode, Mayim. I really enjoyed listening to Jewel talk. And how she talked about pain. It was mentioned 8 times in the first 4 minutes. Mad respect to Jewel.
Such a good episode. You have helped me so much mentally especially over the last 18 months since you started this podcast. All the guests you’ve had on, whether I’ve known what they may be famous for or not, they’ve all been great
Mayim’s voice is so relaxing and satisfying - the way she emphasizes words and pronounces it, sounds so good. Her voice isn’t the typical voice for commercials/add, but she could be the new one. Didn’t ff through her sponsors/ads because I just love her way of speaking. ❤❤❤
Love Jewel’s story. Go within & be in the process. Do it Mayim. Dr Joe Dispenza’s process is a powerful practice. Do it! ❤. Then share… It’s the field of creation. It’s truly simple simple & powerful. I’ve heard, studied & practiced many including Katie & Sanger & so many. Jewel is beautiful Within is the power source. Heart coherence the engine. Jewel came in as a more evolved soul with a soul purpose to reveal. Like all, the soul’s purpose is the I unremembered challenge. The Many experiences the soul’s desire. Breathing into the heart now. A coherent heart first is a coherent brain. I love you ❤
And the different layer is-she has added mental health credential to her to her singer/songwriter professional skills! Taking so many lessons from ‘her words’.
This episode was amazing. I wish I had Jewel's mentality and skillset growing up, and even now. There's so much crap I could have avoided and so much progress I could have made. I've always loved her music, and now I love and admire her strength. Maybe the next life for me.
lovelight mr. peter ... meditation can assist with flushing and with "level" arrangement. once there is a little space there - it provides an actual opening/distance for you to observe without judgement ... along the lines of Jewel speaking on "watching her hands" for 30days. it is more ... "effort" required to adjust the probability of a moving die when you ARE the die. when one is watching the table though ..... e'body is a Winner. :) keep swingin', singin', slingin' best.
Jewel is amazing! She has such insight on herself and the world! To know she overcome such adversities and made her happiness and success her own is amazing! Thank you for having her on mayim!!! Really inspiring!! 🙂❤️
I enjoyed this interview so much I went back and took notes on certain parts. She is so beautifully artistic with her words and says things in a way that I find hard to describe.
I had no idea how insightful Jewel was nor her passion for philosophy and how she is capable of making it actionable. She's a poet in the pure sense of the word. Sharing her knowledge in such a humble way is soothing to the ear if not healing. ❤
Absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love this. I love it. So much. Please make more. Jewel you are a jewel you are a absolute wise woman. Please write tons of books please. Angelina
I’m going to have to listen many more times to fully absorb the brilliance in this episode! Jewel is stunning in her self-discovery and, Mayim, you are incredible. Ive loved her music but never knew her story. It took me a while to start listening because I always thought podcasts were celebrities feeding their egos. Ma’am that is not you and thank goodness for that!! Your vast knowledge and the way you impart that wisdom on us lowly mortals in a way we can grasp is a miracle. Thank you! ❤
What an amazing, insightful intellect she has....and from a very young age! If she hasn't done it already, she should write her story. So many would benefit from her wisdom. ❤️
I came across this interview today and so glad I did. Jewel you are so authentic. I am also my own healer. I don’t see a therapist. I also agree with nature healing us. This woman is amazing. I do agree God is talking to us but we don’t listen. Love this interview.
Many thanks for this profound interview! Have always been deeply touched by her music, especially "Who's Going to Save Your Soul?" Priscilla Presley chose Jewel to open the Firsr Elvis Restaurant opening In Memphis.
I saw you back around 2014 while my son was working as a directional driller working in the bay . While in Homer I would see you every once in a while. My Sons place just below your family’s homestead I’ve talked to your grandfather I think if not he’s some relative to you. And saw you at a small show you did back in 2017 or 18 at the Saloon you use to play at when you were young. I’ve always loved you and your music God Bless you Honey and I hope Good Fortune and Life comes your way.
She is brilliant. What a blessing her wisdom is to the world. Its unfortunate but probably necessary that she had to experience her childhood. Its a good way to frame our personal hardships.
Jewel is an amazing human. Intelligent, courageous, incredible. I listened to her book, wonderfully read by her. She’s such an inspiration of possibility.
My most excellent, woman, trauma therapist taught me to say, "I do not know, but we will figure it out together." This began a 7-year-journey to loving the entire train-chain of inner children-passengers within me, who had been silenced and stuck in their fury and terror, because I would not listen. I was surviving, and in PAIN! Now, we chug on down the tracks, so united and able to feel and listen, and trust and celebrate our joyful fun and ease, together. I am grateful to witness Jewel, having been nourished by her sharing in her autobiography, her poetry/journal entries, her truthful songs, and her sharing here. It is a wild life, and in my own healing - for 30 years - I began with songwriting, singing, permaculture design, and living the ethics and principles of Permaculture, as they are of Nature and allow me to live as Nature. I am now free of all the pain, helplessness, hopelessness, despair, grief, depression, rage, struggle, and suicidality that came with a toxic family dynamic, and 40 years of their interferences with my true Nature. I never relented in my quest for LOVE, health and my true nature being revealed to me, the beauty. ....and they who maligned my expression and existence are all dead now, by their own "non-choiceful-choices"/addictions.. I have been freed by being willing, curious, and creative in the direction of asking for and finding loving support, and now I know anything can heal, and anyone can find their inner peace. It is always here, always, always. And, every step towards this wholeness is and was valuable. All the pain was my guide and source of power to go within, finally. I Love your interviews, just love them! Always like being with friends, authentic friends. This is helpful. Aloha, Love, Claire, Celtic Viking Mystic, Regenerative Farming community Designer, and Permaculture Designer, Singer, Songwriter. I just realized my happiness is real, consistent and here, and my singing career is on fire in Celtic Global Healing events with Ger Lyons, all over the world....so...at 58, the rest of my moments are going to very very cool!
Always loved and appreciated Jewel for her music and what I'd seen otherwise, but really had no idea of her history or intellectual nature. There are some real touching moments for me in this interview. I hope everyone who watches or listens to this learns and grows. How cool she got to hang with Bob Dylan and Neil Young.
Wow! Jewel imparts so much wisdom in such an accessible and easy to understand AND apply way. Mind blown on what she has to say on anxiety (around 46mins as I can absolutely not do it justice!) Thank you for a truly amazing podcast 👏
Wow. She's fascinating. I learn so much from listening to people who are this self aware and intelligent. I love this idea that the soul cannot be broken, only buried under trauma and heartbreak. Yeah, digging your soul out might be the purpose of life.
Everyday people are growing up with these experiences. Jewel is a great, public example of what we are all capable of. I was raised by a family that expected me to be the three one that handled everyone else's emotional wellbeing. Especially my fathers but also my mother's, I was their confidante and their therapist pretty much from birth. That means I was required to be okay, crying for more than was confidante for my father was met with a spanking. So I figured out how to be okay pretty much all of the time. From there, I developed a very close and personal relationship with God because no one else was going to listen to all my stress and worries, not even my friends because my role was to be their therapist too. I know that all sounds really hard and even heartbreaking, and it was, but it was also an immense privilege because it forced me to figure out how to be genuinely happy in my own mind. I had to find my value within myself so that I wasn't at the mercy of my very bipolar father who would think I was an angel one day and another be convinced that I was the most wicked child ever born regardless of how I was actually acting or being. I was his parent far more than he was ever a parent in any constructive sense. Because I did so much inner work as a child, my experiment of life has genuinely been wonderful. Deeply and profoundly satisfying just to live my life. Becoming a wife and mother to my five kids has been challenging at times, but overall, it has been easy because I know that their life is not my job. Meeting their needs to the extent that they couldn't fulfill them for themselves was my job. Their happiness and their success are their own. Because of this, I get to me wholly and completely myself, always. So do they. My husband and my kids don't need to fulfill me, that's not their job. I also get to enjoy the deep pleasure of sharing what I've learned with others simply by being myself. I don't need to force it or chase it. Sometimes, it feels like a therapy session for people, but it's really just holding the space and keeping it there for the person to do their own work. Helping to direct them back when they stray or bringing them back to safety when fears start to take over. It's really that simple. I've just had my entire life to practice it while most people are only just starting now. It's all already inside us. We only need books or therapists because we aren't listening to our own wisdom within. It was forced into silence for so many of us as children, but it never leaves us.
I was suicidal at age 11, I had cyclical depression throughout my teens and twenties. It was all a privilege because I wouldn't have learned what I needed to to be who and where I am without it all.
Purple is said to be the colour of the Third Eye. Tends to be insightful and intuitive, to see and think clearly, to know all I need is within me, I trust my decisions. She’s naturally connected to her inner self. 💖
I am so impressed with Jewel. Her name is most becoming to her. I loooove the prayer that Mayim said at the end of the program!! It's the one I keep saying. It's my prayer. Ha!
This is a year ago. A year ago, i dont think this deep conversation would have been as impactful to me. I am impressed and blown away by the depth of understanding, the eloquents of thought and speech, the eazy way of explaining life. Huge respect Jewell. Not only are you a wonderful and talented musician, but an incredible human and teacher. Thank you for sharing your ways. Immensely greatful. Mayim, thank you for bringing us all this conversations and interviews to our lives. You are amazing!!🎉
So love the discussion after. I can't remember how many times I told myself "Yeah, it's true. I got goosebumps when she said about the observant and we are not our thoughts and remember the session with Michael Singer, that was what I remember first. Agreed on your comments about their oneness even though they came from different stories. Lastly, they (Jewel, Michael Singer and BR) all have calming voices, at least for me.
What an amazing woman 💎 Jewel is. This foundation sounds like a true gift! Thank you so much for having her on. Thank you for focusing on the journey not the fame ❤️
In Nature, you are truly never alone. Jewel is Beautiful inside and out. Always saw her light and love her as a talent and person. Great interview!! 🌹🌹💖💖🌈🌻✌️🌞🦋
I absolutely love Jewel! Amazing interview and what a cool insight into her. I have always been and always will be a fan! She is my favorite. Mayim, I LOVE your inquisitive nature…your like the amazing sister everyone wants to have. I am so glad I stumbled on this channel. Thank you!
Jewel is incredible and a very powerful woman. 💝🙏💝 I love her and her honesty and integrity. Her humanity. 💝🙏💝 You both together were amazing. Jonathon, well stated, meditation is a tool. 💝
Meditation is a tool that helps you learn how to mindfully put your focus where you wish it to be, which helps you recognize what Jewel called open and closed states and be better able to change that cycle. I was all of 19, newly married, new mom and a fresh transplant to San Diego where I saw Jewel in a coffee shop. We thought we could start a life there. It turned out not to be a great choice and now live in the middle of nowhere Nevada. The past two years I've been learning the mindfulness and deliberate non-reactivity that I sure could have used back then.
Hey Mayim, the other day I saw the episode you did with Alanis and now there is Jewel 😍. I think Ani Difranco would be another great guest for your Podcast!!!

My guess is that you do traditional talk therapy based on depth psychology or analysis? Completely self aware she’s pushed the ego out she’s amazing! ❤
A reincarnation of an already highly realized being??
“I have anxiety because my body it trying to communicate that I just participated in something that does not agree with me”

Yes - the Joe Rogan interview with her is my favorite!
I had the exact same experience!
Lmao @ the guy from fear factor it took me a second to catch it then had me rolling🤣
Completely agree
Agreed everyone!

I've always had suicidal ideations, but never suicidal tendencies!
Can you explain what that last sentence means?
Loved this interview! I bought 2 of her millions of albums sold and now will relisten with this new insight. So relatable and inspirational. Thank you Jewel, Mayim and Jonathon!❤❤❤
Soo many on here also
When Jewel told Mayim “you’re doing this as an active service,” I loved that. I have gotten so much out of all of these breakdowns. Thank you so much for creating this space!
I can't get enough of Jewel. She really is the most authentic person EVER!
Just wow.... She is incredible. This is your best episode by far, Mayim.
What an honest conversation Jewel has created-beyond her music-informing her music. Gives her such a different layer. 🙏🙏👏👏🧚♂️🧚♂️🧚♂️🧚♂️
"Presence alone is not enough, you need tools.", says a wise woman. Wonderful.
I relate to her so much. One of the big game changers for me was when I released my attachment to suffering. It was like I had to hang on to my suffering so the world around could see that I was injured by neglect and abuse. It doesn't mean that you don't feel suffering, it just means you don't hold on to it.
Well said
Wow. Just wow. What a gift she is!!!!
If everyone would just stop talking and let some silence in, such clarity can come to light. I'm old, all I want is a nice night sky anymore
I absolutely love this! Thank you for having Jewel on today. These podcasts are amazing, I love you, Mayim!
I didn't know you had a podcast! My love for jewel brought me here.
Jewel is a wise teacher. Beautiful talk.
Jonathan, equating dilated and contracted states to love and fear was brilliant
wow, this woman might have just saved my life. so inspiring and authentic. grateful for this.
the way you brighten up a room...it puts the breadth inside of my tongue
@Luca Angelo Barcelona, Catalonia.
Only ten minutes in and I haven’t stopped smiling. Absolutely ready for the tears I feel brewing. What a beautiful episode. Thank you. 💚
Yes you are right generational trauma is horrible for some people they don't realize that they are repeating the cycle
This episode was so interesting!! What a thoughtful, present person Jewel is. Lovely!
I love what Jewel had to say about valuing her anxiety and also not approaching her healing with the mindset of being broken and in need of fixing. Great interview! Thanks MBB team :)
Mic drop moment for sure! 🎤 Thank YOU for watching, Josie!!! 🧠🫶
@@MayimBialik i knew a litle of her background n story outside of music but not much n i noticed i felt tears were coming b4 she even came on the screen , from me im also musical and into the idea of working in the biz n having mh struggles im also an old soul trying to catch up and get past my youth ,would be a good way to put it
, ps ,mayim great name love u from bbt though ive sstopped watching 1 because i think ive seen most of the episodes and i agree that it was contreversial like betty white to be making ligh of self harm as the show did, but it was cool to see u talk to 1 of the writers , anyway i would love us to discover eachother n be on eachothers podcasts, i notied singing bowl in ur videos , we sell them and are canadian i think not only john but jewel also is also and my spouse is esp quite sceincy . also just realized she looks like meryl streep and maybe jk rowling , even in the face

I've adored Jewel for many years. Determination and perseverance can accomplish anything and everything.
When speaks of nature being a savior in her life, it makes me think of the movie " Where the Crawdads Sing", and a powerful and emotional experience.
Just saw her in concert few months ago, she's even better today!!!! I could listen to her express all day
Seeing her at Lilith Fair was a powerful experience! Thanks Jewel!
I think Jewel is a truly Amazing, lovely woman !!
My fave Breakdown guest ❤ #jewel. I keep going back and absorb more. Thank you so much M & J!
This is the most concise and most insightful discussion. I’ve gathered clarity and inspiration to continue on this path to Happiness. Thank you all!
One of the Best Podcast ever presented on youtube and probably your best guest artist ever- so authentic - Jewel.
Such a good episode. You have helped me so much mentally especially over the last 18 months since you started this podcast. All the guests you’ve had on, whether I’ve known what they may be famous for or not, they’ve all been great
Thanks sooooo much for the thoughtful feedback, Neoshadow! Very glad the show has been resonating with you. 🧠🫶
Loved learning from Jewel her insights into her life. God bless her🙏🧘💖
Mayim’s voice is so relaxing and satisfying - the way she emphasizes words and pronounces it, sounds so good. Her voice isn’t the typical voice for commercials/add, but she could be the new one. Didn’t ff through her sponsors/ads because I just love her way of speaking. ❤❤❤
🙄
Me too.
Love Jewel’s story. Go within & be in the process. Do it Mayim. Dr Joe Dispenza’s process is a powerful practice. Do it! ❤. Then share…
It’s the field of creation. It’s truly simple simple & powerful. I’ve heard, studied & practiced many including Katie & Sanger & so many. Jewel is beautiful
Within is the power source.
I love you ❤
Luv her on Jeopardy for that reason. She's great as a Host.
Jewel is a real channel of blessings to others. Through her pain, she's helped, and is continuing to help heal others.
And the different layer is-she has added mental health credential to her to her singer/songwriter professional skills! Taking so many lessons from ‘her words’.
Love, love, love Jewel!! ❤. Have her book “Never Broken” in my library. Thank you for this discussion, thank you Jewel for your transparency! 😌🥰🫶
This episode was amazing. I wish I had Jewel's mentality and skillset growing up, and even now. There's so much crap I could have avoided and so much progress I could have made. I've always loved her music, and now I love and admire her strength. Maybe the next life for me.
It's never too late, Peter - many of us are still on this journey!!! 🧠🫶
Why the next life? Why not the next decade?
lovelight mr. peter ... meditation can assist with flushing and with "level" arrangement. once there is a little space there - it provides an actual opening/distance for you to observe without judgement ... along the lines of Jewel speaking on "watching her hands" for 30days.
it is more ... "effort" required to adjust the probability of a moving die when you ARE the die. when one is watching the table though ..... e'body is a Winner. :)
keep swingin', singin', slingin'
best.
I absolutely love jewel's music she's such a remarkable woman whose managed to overcome so much in her life ❤🙏😊
Jewel is amazing!
Angelina
Jewel book never broken (paperback and audiobook read by jewel) is heartbreaking and mind blowing
STUNNING
POWERFUL
BRILLIANT
…gonna be on repeat for a while…
So grateful to both these women.
We all have the knowledge within us and it's totally cosmic. I'm so happy to go along on the cosmic ride with Mayim and Jonathan.
🙌💫🧠🫶
There is so much more to her story than she told on this podcast. One of my favorite human beings.
Jewel, you are so authentic and brave. Your talent is amazing but your amazing honesty is so helpful to so many.
This podcast is so enlightening and inspiring. Thank you, both!
Wow!! What an absolutely incredible human being!! This will be listened to over and over again. ❤️❤️❤️
I came across this interview today and so glad I did. Jewel you are so authentic. I am also my own healer. I don’t see a therapist.
I also agree with nature healing us. This woman is amazing.
I do agree God is talking to us but we don’t listen. Love this interview.
I love and still listen to “These foolish games “! Jewel is amazing! Very aware, that’s rare.
I originally heard her interview on Howard Stern and have really admired her level of wisdom for such a young person
Many thanks for this profound interview!
Have always been deeply touched by her music, especially "Who's Going to Save Your Soul?"
Priscilla Presley chose Jewel to open the Firsr Elvis Restaurant opening
In Memphis.
Both the conversation with Jewel and post conversation discussion were very educational. Thank you
I love Jewel so much I just wanna scream my voice away into the void. She’s literally the most underrated human in this world.
I love Jewel because I always felt her authenticity in her voice n music❤🎉 . My favourite guest so far
Wow, what an enlightened human she is, incredible. Love your show Mayim !
Two of my favorite ladies on one podcast! To what do I owe this great pleasure! 💕
She is amazing, just brilliant. And the after talk brings all she said to the next level
I want this woman on a platform talking everyday about her world!!

Best episode ever with Jewel.
Incredible person sharing her amazing story. She is so articulate. Learned so much from this today. Thanks
I love listening to the podcast on Spotify and here...I needed this today.
A ton of important insight in this one that we all could do to hear each day.....thanks so much, Brittany!!! 🧠🫶
If I could have dinner & conversation with any 2 people on earth, Jewel & Mayim would be it. I love this so much.
There are Souls that are here to help the planet at this time. Jewel is obviously one of them.
She talks so existentially that I'm going to need to rewatch this! So good, really mind blowing
it is amazing how she can came out of this family circle and go forward with her life.. and then help people with similar proble
We 1000% agree, Maria!!!
