Thank you so much.. i cant even explain how helpful this was. This felt like someone is guiding me and holding my hands. I am 16 and i have always struggled with planning. I appreciate how simple and straight forward this was. Your calm voice, no background disturbances, simple beneficial tutorial. I will start now on july 17 2023... just bought a notebook for journaling and i will brain storm my why and how. I will use notion for the actual planning. Thanks again and i will keep this comment updated with my progress.

Sitting down with my kids this week to do this. 1 with EF issues, the other who just doesn’t plan anything outside of school. Super helpful!

It’s inspiring to hear that making plans and following through on them is hard and may always be hard, but it can be done and it is worth the effort. Thank you!

Hey, comment below and tell us a tip about what YOU do to plan... or tell us what NOT to do, because it doesn't work when trying to plan a great summer...

This is incredibly timely for me and my son! At dinner tonight I told my son it was time and that I want him to plan his days and I will support him by asking how he is doing… it by dictating what the plan is. I’m going to adjust that to using goals. He is going into 10th grade and I need him to start planning so he can be more independent. Thank you!
