A Mod A Day Keeps The Doctor Away Episode #2 : Lease to Own

This series , I wanted to try something I haven't seen done before . We are going to try adding 1 mod per in game day ( 1 day months ) of my choosing ! I think this should be an interesting series as I plan on adding mods that I prefer on many of my save games that I think are either necessary or should be base game features ...
As the series progresses and as we get closer to the release date of #farmingsimulator25 , I would like to take any suggestions you may have for mods to be added ! All mods will stay on the save game file unless they cause complications , but feel free to comment below anything you might wanna see !
