You could either drink much clean fresh cold or warm water, or go on a full diet and eat healthy vegetables. If you're a smoker avoid and abandoned any smokes and wine shit.

All these things started a few years back and I was told to cut down on my alchol and sugar leve which I did, but my condition didn't improve still.
