I'm a stylist who discovered you recently and we literally do almost everything the same. It's refreshing to see someone who cares about loc care as much as I do. You've encouraged me to share more of my day-to-day work as well! Can't wait. Hope you get a chance to watch!
This was a wonderful video! I’m going to be doing my son’s first retwist and this video is just what I needed. He has so much frizz and loose hair/new growth and I’m a lil intimidated w his first wash but after seeing this video, I’m excited to do his hair.
Literally the same reason I'm here. Lol. Both of my sons need retwists. When they did them last month for back to school, the loctician didn't palm roll their buds. Just left them frizzy and looking as if their hair wasn't touched at all.
I've watched several videos looking for an answer to a question I had aboiy washing hair while they are baby locs and u answered it within 10 minutes 🤗 I've only had my starter twists for 2 weeks tho and I want to wash my hair is it too soon?
I’m restarting my locs after 4+ months because I wasn’t completely satisfied with my parts. I have low density hair around the perimeter and I really like thick, full, looking locs. What do you recommend as far as parting or anything ??
I didn’t hit a month yet with my starter locs and I think I want to alter the parting. Do you think I have to take them down and start over or can they be altered during my first retwist?
You do amazing work. I have a question, my scalp drinks oil and eats grease. It itches all the time and I keep a gang of dandruff what can I do to help my dry scalp so my starters want break?
I spray my locs and sometimes my scalp with Rose Water. But make sure you're drinking enough water. You gotta stay hydrated throughout the day. It helps with the shake and flakes. Unless you have a medical condition/psoriasis or something like that going on.
I have starter locs (coils). After 30 days my stylist wants do interlocks instead of a re-twist. Is that common? I’m a little reluctant about going back to her.
Is it better to start you locs as coils or two strand?? My stylist started me off with two strands but im starting to think maybe coils would have been better
My hair is close to this clients texture, I'a say a little looser and approx two thirds down the length of my back.. What would be the best method for starter locs.. I'm concerned about the texture and length of my hair will potentially make it more difficult for my hair to keep from unravelling.. Or am I over thinking!?!?
I'm having trouble with parting on sides and crown area I have fine thin hair. What do you suggest for my baby locs. I'm one month in to my journey. I want to wash and retwist myself. Parting can be difficult.

Thank you so much!!
I like the way that u did her retwist from using the comb, clean parts, getting all the loose hairs into the locks and palm rolling even at the ends
so glad i found this video this is exactly how my starter locs are looking

I heard diamond parts work well for low density hair
