Black pepper & Salt

This Is Basmati Rice , I use sunflower Oil, Coconut oil too is perfect with rice or olive

Do you use raw peas??
These ones were from my freezer I had blanched them before storing.
Had you pre cooked your peas? Coz to my knowledge they take long to boil and be cooked fully
