Hi Penny , love the look of the odds , just received my Ninja 15-1 , can u tell me if i can freeze the puds before or after cooking , i only cook for myself and 4 would be far too much , so it would be great if i could freeze them , thank you Sue
Looks amazing and very doable! Just to ask about suet. Do you ever use that for sponge puddings. As we had them as children? Is there a taste difference? Your recipe looks easier and less calorific. … so I could have seconds! 😉🤣

Hi Sue , thanks for watching. They can be frozen after cooking. Why not make up half the mix and just make the 2
if you put oil on the spoon the syrup will just slide off

I do yes , using suet gives a different texture and is slightly heavier

When you say it made a loud pressure noise canyon explain a bit more .
Whilst in use they can be quote loud
