The bike is more “quick” than fast. It accelerates much faster that most motorcycles that can go around that speed. But having the ability to pretty much ride on any trail with that speed and quickness makes it super fun
Hi. Im just looking to get one. I'm 120kg heavy and 190cm tall. Would you recommend 12000 or 15000 watt? Is the frame not too small for tall people? I'l much appreciate your feedback. Thanks!
Is that Santa Barbara (Hope Ranch)? I'm in SB too. Did you build the bike yourself? I've been thinking about building one (I make my own batteries so if you ever need a custom one for cost, let me know). Debating weather I want a hub, or mid-drive. I want more torque and don't care so much about the top speed.
I am thinking about getting one is it worth it? And is it really 500 Charges to re-charge? Would you recommend it to a Beginner rider, How many miles of long range can you go max? On 12000w , 72v 45ah eve cell lithium, I been told is can go 60 miles max and top out at 76mph of speed from over seas sales
Thank you for the continued videos, Endoprysm! I have basically the same setup as you but running 134V and a much smaller capacity battery. It must be nice to weigh 140 lbs! I am about 235 lbs. and it is really noticeable on my range and time on the bike. Have you considered stepping up your Surron to 72V system/battery as well as a 72V controller? You will be shocked as to the performance of the Surron once you modify it from stock.
Yeah to anyone looking to build one of these bikes … Don’t waste ur money on the zoom forks unless you just plain don’t have the money for an upgrade and can’t wait to save for better ones. I sold my zooms on eBay and got the DNM usd8’s and they are great but since then I got a new set of marzocchi bomber 58’s and will be selling my DNM’s. I am still debating on keeping them just in case I sell my bike, that way I can keep my marzochi’s for my next bike… hopefully one with a mid drive motor for sure this time. Maybe the SurRon, or even better… the Talaria (w/ a wider swingarm for a bigger rear tire) both seem like better options for me here in Florida with sandy offroad trails. Selling my bike seems a bit scary though considering I’ve heard so many nightmare stories about people just riding off on test rides and never coming back. Maybe I’ll make them give me 85% of the money up front before letting them take a test ride.
I’m trying to decide between a 8000kw alibaba bomber and the talaria. It’s a $1400 difference between them but bomber has 72v 40ah battery. I’m really nervous about range with talaria and using it in the road as that will be majority of my riding but like the off-roading capability too with talaria..anything with a hub and off-road is not fun for me. Maybe it’s different in these compared to my xclass but anything beyond a dirt/gravel road is painful
Why would you sell your alibaba ebike and get a slower and weaker talaria/sur ron?

Hello and thank you for the content. I currently have nb power 72100 controller with 26" rear 5000w hub motor on a regular mountain bike frame. I am currently temporarily running a 52v12ah battery and it cuts out quick and only gets me to 38mph maybe. Its the same battery i was using on my first 1500w build which also hit 38 39 mph. What 72v battery would be sufficient for at least hitting top speeds and is not over $1,100? I'm not to worried about super long 60 mile range. please send links if possible. thank you in advance.
bms is 80 not 100 so you wouldn't be maximizing your controllers power but it's difficult to find a battery that can pack power on a regular bike frame. 80a continuous will get you 5,760w and about 57mph
Nb power is a pretty reliable supplier with great costumer support. I bought my battery and motor kit from them. They also will sell you just about everything else.
He runs a 72v 40ah 150a battery from nbpower. If you check out his videos about it you can get the same battery he got. Great service and fast shipping.
You have to plug the charger into the battery first then plug it into the power outlet second. That way the connection will be made before the power is running through and stopping any sparking from happening
Range depends on speed and battery size, as far i know his battery is 40ah, going 25-30mph going to give you a round 60-70 Miles, going faster will reduce range.
It's an 8kw motor but he's running 12600 watts. Watts are decided by volts x amps. 84(fully charged) and 150a (amps continous) motor power ratings are just the optimal wattage for the longevity of the motor but the truth is they can handle way more than there rated for. You can be under powered or over powered depending on the power of your battery. For instance If he ran 72v 50a he would be running 3600w and be seriously power deficient but he could run 72v 300a and run 21600w's. Be sure to focus on continuous amps when purchasing your battery 😁
@@felixvalvaneda2285 Yeah man i'm 17 with the same build as endo. I plan on commuting everywhere with this bike and getting a truck for when I need to use a bigger vehicle. This time around I went with the 150a battery but I also have the monster motor. When I upgrade I'm going to build the battery myself w 300-350a continuous and put the motors potential to use 😎🔥
@@Ahkeem18 I believe you can only get them on alibaba, aliexpress or from nbpower on amazon. As far as prices go i'm not sure I didn't get the best deal on mine but look around and i'm sure you can find a decent deal. As for the 8kw vs 5kw they would push the same power if given the same power. However the 8kw has a lot more potential for power. For instance both can run 72v 150a which fully charged puts out 12600w's. But if you were to run 72v 300a which is about 21kw the 5kw probably wouldn't be able to handle it which would make it over heat and burn up. The 8kw being a bigger motor could handle the power and wouldn't over heat.
