I’ve always wondered Nic, do you always feel just a tiny bit rebellious when you pull that handle? Yes I know it’s for legit purposes as always but one has to feel a least a quick rush of adrenaline when they do it.
If it's for a drill and people are actually leaving it's always fun to do. On the other hand during silent testing when it's the 50th time you've pulled it that day it's not anything to special lol
@@Alwaysdoinit112 It only happens very rarely and with other fire alarm notification products that they'll act weird like fire alarm notification appliances skipping a strobe flash
It's because there was overlap in the construction of what is new addition vs old building where some of the old building had to be deconstructed for the addition and then put back as well as devices obviously mixed up during that process but it does not matter as they are compatible

Yes it is, the contact switch is defective as when it's on code-3 it sometimes does continuous as this is a factory defective L-Series device
@@joeycaridi3030 I have an Advance with that issue. This is why I don't like System Sensor, sync problems and coding problems are consistent.

Nic, why was that one advance on Continuous. Did y’all ever figure that out?
The L-series was screwed up so I replaced it as it's done this multiple times
Do you know if and how many fire drills are you all required to do per year?

i would feel cursed if i heard an advance or an l series is on continious
Actually they have slightly less of a screech than when they are on code 3.
