I want to let you know I have listened to this and your waking up one EVERY single day and taking only a 20 min nap ever since you've uploaded them both. I've set them in a 2 video playlist and it's honestly the best thing ever. I combine it with the 4-7-8 breathing method, as well as crossing my arms and legs while laying down, that way I signal to my brain I'm relaxed and both hemispheres of my brain are engaged into relaxing. During the wake up part, I drink some water and perform the Wim Hof breathing method for that, then get up and full body stretch. Lastly, I follow it up with a 3 minute focus mediation from your videos. Thanks to you, this is hands down the best way to feel completely refreshed and energized. No energy drink or coffee works like this method does. Thanks man

I seriously just had the deepest, best nap in my car over lunch break. Why can’t I fall asleep that easy at night? Like top ten naps right here today. Revitalized and ready to roll back up into the office. Omg, is this how people who get proper sleep feel when they wake up in the morning? Or how a cup of coffee is supposed to perk you up? Wtf is this bright eyed bushy tailed sorcery? I think I accidentally hit a reset button lol
Life Hack: If you want to extend or shorten your nap, just change the speed. It barely effects the sound. 0,25 = 80 min 0,5 = 40 min 0,75 = 27 min 1 = 20 min (obviously) 1,5 = 13 min 1,75 = 11 min 2 = 10 min
I always use this video or Jody Hatton’s nap video for my 20 minute naps. I’ve tried others but these two make me feel drowsy & fall asleep fast. I don’t know what their secret is, but they work bette than a lot of others. For a 45-minute nap, I listen to Sleep Slope.

So do I tried it with a death wish coffee once And afterwards I was hyper and focus all at the same time coffee naps work really well and this works just as good so together it's all 1 2 punch combination

Thanks for producing such a great audio experience. I have a question. I do not fall asleep. But do experience a restful state and at the end I am mentally refreshed. Is it supposed to put you to sleep or does it simply affect your brain to think it has had sleep?
Hey thanks Rick! I appreciate it. The waves are there to influence your brainwave frequencies and activity. For some people it also helps to fall asleep easier, but for others it doesn’t 🙏🏻💤😴
I think it helps more with slowing down the thoughts and calming your brain down from normal frequencies so the brain can be better rested and maybe tip off into sleep. that could explain why some people drift off and for others (like me) it's more like a meditative rest that resta the mind from waking functions.
There are some pretty impressive guided meditations that use hypnosis so you’re not affected by surrounding sounds like traffic or housemates or anything.
I tried listening to this but I kept hear static pops. I disabled all the audio filters and tried multiple headphones/ear buds but was not able to make the pops go away. Any advice?
The ticking sound with the text ruined it and made me more awake than I was. It defeats the purpose. Take the ticking out and you have an effective program.
You are probably listening to it too loud. For me half volume was good. See what works for you. It needs to be just loud enough ti hear both sounds. No louder.
I love all the nighttime ones, but this didn’t send me to sleep. Mostly because I couldn’t get comfortable with my earphones in. It does still feel like I took a brain break tho!

I feel like there is a broken part on beat i always wake up almost at the same part when 3:30 min left to end.
This is the only vid out of 100s that puts me to sleep. But then to be awakened at the end is well unkind.
You should get rid of the text sound and move the bell until after the end of the higher frequency. It interrupts the higher frequency portions
