3 playoff wins in 10 years with some of the most stacked rosters in the NFL. Wasted a prime roster from 2014-2018 with a top 5 player at WR, RB and QB. Also hasn’t won a playoff game in 5 years. Pittsburgh it’s about titles not being .500 or slightly better. Steelers should’ve kept Bruce Arians

I've watched and respected Rich since I was a kid, watching him do SportsCenter with Stuart Scott (RIP) in the 90's. I truly hope that Rich's words at the end of this video will finally put to rest the Mike Tomlin hate I hear out of some circles of Steeler Fans. I absolutely love Mike T, and I hope he's our coach for decades to come.

I was born in 1969 after Coach Noll was hired. In my lifetime of almost 54 years, the Steelers have had 3 head coaches. I am very grateful for that. I hope we have Coach Tomlin for many more years.

We are so incredibly fortunate to have Tomlin as our coach. If you listen to him speak, you can understand why the guys would run through a wall for him!
His players lose in the Playoffs to Tim Tebow, Blake Bortles and Baker Mayfield for him.
@enternal_naplam6442....that Playoff game Vs. Tebow & the Broncos, the game was in Denver, a place where Steelers safety Ryan Clark can't play due to his sickle cell illness in the Mile High climate. If Clark would've played in that game, that play wouldn't have happened. That playoff lost to Bortles and the Jags, you must've forgot that the Steelers got destroyed by the jags 30-9 early that season and then the same Jags team with Bortles got robbed by the refs & the cheating Patriots in the AFC Championship. That Jags team had TJ Yeldon ,& Leonard Fournette who had 109 yrds, 3 TDs Vs. the Steelers, & the jags had Stack Defense with the likes of Miles Jack & Jalen Ramsey. Bortles didn't do it by himself, Big Ben passed for more yards than him you and most of the Steeler fans hate to admit that the Jags was better than the Steelers that year. And Now the loss to Mayfield & the Browns, was during the 2020 COVID 19 season when the Steelers had to play 3 games in 12 days, without a bye week. Most of the players had to play hurt, & tired. The Browns took advantage of that by copying what Washington, Buffalo , & Cincinnati Defenses played the Steelers. Also the Browns already beaten the Steelers in the season finale, So the Browns with Baker Mayfield, was already prepared for the Steelers in that game..

So lucky indeed. Tomlin is honestly one of the top 100 leaders in the entire world right now, easy. I listen to every word he says because there is insight galore. You can apply it to every facet of life. His love of challenge is incredibly inspiring.

With or without Bortles you just hate to admit that the Jags was good!!!... Did you say the same about Bill Cowher's 15-1 team getting crushed at home in the AFC championship to a Patriots unknown backup QB Tom Brady who no one never heard of at the time, who lost to the Steelers earlier that year also!?!?.

Most Steelers fans will never appreciate Tomlin as much as they should and it is a damn shame. That is a dude that you want in the building no matter what. I hope at the end of his career he sticks around as a general manager or manager of personnel.

I understand it very well. As a 49 y/o man who loves the Steelers, the fact that I have had only 3 head coaches in my lifetime is something that is almost unbelievable. Now as far as our OC is concerned…
I'm in my mid 30s and if I were just born a couple years later I'd have only had 2 head coaches during my lifetime and that is absolutely absurd to think about.

There is something to be said about a Head Coach who, after 15 years with a same team, still has the attention of his players. Typically, players are pretty much done after 4-5 years with a HC, rolling their eyes after having already been exposed repeatedly to the HC's ways.
Some of you have no idea how hard it is to win a single game in the nfl.. this guy is a winner

I tell my jaded fellow Stiller fans this all the time. We have one of the greatest coaches in the game today! I've had one guy tell me for 15 years that "he won the SB with Cowher's team" and he's never liked Tomlin. All you need to know about that guy. Those of us fans who really know the game at the NFL level realize we're very lucky!
