I gave this one a try. Instead of soaking the cookies I just smashed some Goya Maria cookies with some thin choc wafers and sprinked. Im not a cool whip fan so I used fresh heavy whipped cream folded in a can of ready whipped real whipped cream topping for sweetness. I used smasked Charleston bar which was so good frozen in this, I may make a batch with just the whipped cream and Charleston bar.

I would use coffee or milk with coffee instead of plain milk to soften cookie And I would smash a frozen Charleston Chew bar...but I like that easy technique ...like you said...substitute as needed.

Whipping cream is loaded with fat, which is how it holds air. How can a 'chef' not know that? People trust you and you're leading them astray.

I can imagine when talking through a whole video one can say something that's unintended but if you give incorrect information someone is going to believe you and not check on their own. Yes, you can control the sugar and flavor you add to whipping cream but it's 40% fat and that doesn't change. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone who should avoid saturated fat and cholesterol to use it thinking it is fat-free.
Diabetes in a pan. "Whipped cream has no fat in it?" I suggest you read the nutrition panel on the side of the carton before you make a statement like that. Cream has fat, how do you think they make butter?

Add some Kailua to the milk and use chocolate chip cookies as well.
