Wadi Rum Food Tour: What is a Zarb?

Last week we explored what Wadi Rum desert had to offer! We almost got stuck out in the desert, went on a wild guided jeep tour, and rode camel out into the sunset. In that video we hinted at an awesome traditional meal we had at our Bedouin camp, "Wadi Rum Quiet Village." This week, we show you that meal cooked on a traditional zarb. We teach you about the zarb, including how it works, what is a zarb, why is the zarb important for bedouin culture, and some footage from the meal itself. Tune in next week so you can experience all of the incredible food we had in Jordan. This week's video is kind of an appetizer for next week, and you wont want to miss it.
