Sir: i have just realized i have worked on (meaning reading until you understand the spirit of the paper so minimum 1 day work) 140 papers for my research topic, energy systems. This means i have a perfect conceptual understanding of the topic but it is not a review per se. I was thinking of publishing under the title "Conceptual framework of energy systems". Is this a good idea? Thank you. Note: my issue is it's not a review, it's something else, but it has a lot of value.
