A clinician with substance use disorder treatment specialty. Dr. Tohid graduated as a medical doctor and chose mental health and substance use disorder as a domain of his clinical career.

It all begins with “thinking”. Spend time thinking on paper and create an outline of possible chapters. Once that is done, then start to work on one chapter at a time. Don’t be in a hurry, give yourself time to complete the books. But set a deadline, by what day you want to finish the book. Without a deadline you will not be able to do it.
