Ive noticed texas really digs the look of the garage door. Even houses without a driveway have a garage door for some reason.
This is a model home. It doesn’t have a driveway until the community is fully sold out and the cello rancher fits the home to have a driveway. Yes, Texas really digs garage is front facing once you get into the more custom homes at $600,000 plus you get different architectural designs with the garage.

You should use a gimbal to limit the camera bounce and fade in and out or edit awkward transitions between rooms and outside ect. also there was another building in the backyard?

Dr. Horton installs the least amount of windows possible. I made the mistake of buying one and I hate how dark it can be during the day. I can barely grow plants. My next home will be a Perry Home with a wall of windows that lets in the beautiful sun. ☀️😊

Why is there no garage with the house shown? A garage door but no way to drive up to it. That is a very strange way to sell a house. No garage, indeed.
