Yep anything during Covid the walls are paper thin and builders took amenities away. You'll be lucky to get a sprinkler system these days but the prices are still high 🤨

very nice homes. I almost purchased in Texas. However look into all the details models are very much so different what you will actually be getting in ur real life home. Talk with your real estate agent or builder what your actually getting. they put like 200k plus into the model homes of upgrades. also look into the property taxes and melrose see how much all that costs per yr. and insurance. If you buy new construction make sure you buy before they put up all the walls so you can see they didnt cut any corners. trust me im an engineer and i see some of these builders cut corners. just consider it getting all the details before signing and closing

Good layout. The backyard is best, although the blank fence resembles a prison. These terrible arches all over the house are some kind of horror. Where did this designer come from? Has he been frozen for the last 100 years?
Disappointed in the bedroom closets. They look like something I would expect in a 50-year-old home. For a new home I would expect better closet organizers, at least the wire ones. Need to do better.
