Fitting A Milltek Cat-Back Exhaust to my MK6 Fiesta ST150 | **PROBLEM SOLVED**

- The reason we jumped back in time last week is because when I was at Ford Fair I picked up this Milltek cat-back exhaust system from @Jmncarter. This exhaust was an absolute dream compared to the last exhaust I tried to fit, this one sits in just the right spot, seals perfectly without any issues and sounds incredible!
I want to say a massive shout out to AM Plates who made my custom show plates and my ST150 badge which really sets off the back end of the car.

Your videos are quality pal. You should have far more subs than this. I had an ST brand new in 2006 and another a few years later. Looking to pick one up as a track car next spring. Fucking love them.

Cheers man, just came to check if the Milltek link pipe was interchangeable with the Hoffman and it's clearly not. I'm gonna have to bite my lip and go for another Hoffman 😂. Had to use full adjustable hangers to get it even sitting OK and loads of paste to stop blowing, mehhhh. Can't find anything else to use that doesn't come with a resonator

How good does a Milltek sound, defo the best one for the ST150. As we have already chatted it's what I want a full system of when I can, maybe a year's time

I have the full toyo system on mine. Had to get an exhaust in a pinch because mine basically rotted away completely and didn’t have a lot of money to sort it. The blokes there told me it would be a little deeper but not much louder than the standard one… definitely wasn’t the case. Had to learn how to drive the car quietly, apologise to all my neighbours and pre warn anyone who got in the car 🤣🤣

Years ago I damaged my exhaust and removed the exhaust apart from the 4 branch manifold going down. At 11:00 at night the neighbours do get upset for some reason 😂
Looking to get an st150 in the next few months. Got a corsa vxr at the moment but I just love this shape st, and also so many things you can do to it to make it your own. Love the vids 👍 giving me a nice insight in to the car, but watching them makes me want one more and more 😅

Did u have any issues with leaks after fitting joints ect noticed there was no exhaust gasket paste 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Cracking job mate. Big fan of the milltek. Get yourself the milltek manifold with flexi and a sports cat and it’ll take it up a notch!

Another great vid , now i want a miltex , i have the full toyo system on my st and yes its loud need ear plugs 🤣😂😂 ..need some advice do you know how to fix breaks .my st has a real soft break pedal alot of travel before they work it has been to ford and still same problem
If the brakes have already been bled my guess would be slave or master cylinder replacing 👍🏻

I really like how that setup sounds. Infact it’s probably the only system I’ve heard on an St150 that doesn’t sound crap.
How does it sound on the move? Drone etc?
The wife’s ST has a standard system on it just now but this will be the setup once hers goes.
Drone on the motorway will probs be bad cos there’s no 6th gear but other than that it’ll sound well nice
